Claims (2)
- 間にセパレータを介在させつつ正極板と負極板を積層する電池極板積層装置であって、
垂直軸線まわりに回転可能に支持され、同一円周上に90°間隔で4個の吸着ヘッドを配置した移載体を含み、当該移載体に降下動作とそれに続く上昇動作を行わせた後、当該移載体に90°の正回転を行わせ、当該移載体に次の降下動作とそれに続く上昇動作を行わせた後、当該移載体に90°の逆回転を行わせるという動作を繰り返すとともに、前記吸着ヘッドに所定タイミングで吸引力を与えるピックアンドプレース装置と、
前記4個の吸着ヘッドの中で、対向位置にある2個の吸着ヘッドが降下する吸着位置に配置された正極板供給装置及び負極板供給装置と、
前記2個の吸着ヘッドから90°離れた角度位置にある2個の吸着ヘッドが降下する載置位置に配置された2個のトレイと、
前記正極板供給装置に搬入される正極板または前記負極板供給装置に搬入される負極板の一方を両面からセパレータで挟むセパレータ組み合わせ装置を備え、
前記ピックアンドプレース装置は、対向位置にある2個の前記吸着ヘッドによる正極板と負極板1枚ずつの吸着及び吸着した正極板と負極板の前記トレイへの載置動作を、前記移載体を交互に前記90°の正回転及び逆回転させつつ所定回数繰り返すことにより、正極板、負極板、及びセパレータの積層体をトレイ上に形成するものであり、
前記トレイは前記積層体を保持する位置決め装置を備えることを特徴とする電池極板積層装置。 - 前記トレイは、搬送装置により前記載置位置に搬入、及びそこから搬出されるものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池極板積層装置。
