Description
Claims (9)
- 接着性フィルム内に埋め込まれ、第1の接触点及び第2の接触点を含むとともに、電極テープの長手方向に延びる導電構造を含んでおり、前記接着性フィルムは、第1の接着性表面及び第1の接着性表面と反対側の第2の接着性表面を含み、前記第1の接触点が前記第1の接着性表面上から露出しており、前記第2の接触点が前記第2の接着性表面上から露出しているような電極テープを製造するための装置であり、前記装置は:
成形ベルトとローラーを含むコンベアであって、前記ローラーが前記成形ベルトを駆動するために使用され、前記成形ベルトが少なくとも1つの溝を有する、コンベアを含み;
前記成形ベルトの前記溝へ導電構造を与えるために使用される、導電構造のコイルを含み;
前記成形ベルトの表面に接着剤を供給するために使用され、前記接着剤は、前記第1の接触点及び前記第2の接触点が前記接着剤によって覆われないように、前記導電構造の側面にのみ適用される、接着剤供給ユニットを含み;及び
前記成形ベルトの前記表面上に供給される前記接着剤をフィルム状に硬化させるために使用される、硬化ユニットを含む、装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であり、前記硬化ユニットが加熱ユニット又はUV照射ユニットを含む、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であり、前記成形ベルトが粗面を含む、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であり、前記装置がさらに保護フィルム貼り付けユニットを含む、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であり、前記コンベア、前記導電構造コイル、前記接着剤供給ユニット及び前記硬化ユニットが、ロールからロール(roll-to-roll)方式で配置される、装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であり、前記硬化ユニットがさらに、粗面を有する成形プレートを含む、装置。
- 接着性フィルム内に埋め込まれ、第1の接触点及び第2の接触点を含むとともに、電極テープの長手方向に延びる導電構造を含んでおり、前記接着性フィルムは、第1の接着性表面及び第1の接着性表面と反対側の第2の接着性表面を含み、前記第1の接触点が前記第1の接着性表面上から露出しており、前記第2の接触点が前記第2の接着性表面上から露出しているような電極テープを製造するための装置であり、前記装置が:
前記導電構造を与えるために使用される、導電構造コイルを含み;
前記導電構造を受容するための溝を有する成形ベルトを含み;及び
上部モールド及び下部モールドを含むモールドであって、
前記上部モールド及び前記下部モールドが上及び下方向に移動可能であり、前記成形ベルトを間に挟んで結合されて前記導電構造を設けるために使用される第1の空間及び第1の空間に隣接する第2の空間を形成する、モールドを含み;
前記第2の空間内へ接着剤を供給するために使用され、前記接着剤は、前記第1の接触点及び前記第2の接触点が前記接着剤によって覆われないように、前記導電構造の側面にのみ適用される、接着剤入口を含み;及び
前記第2の空間内の前記接着剤をフィルム状に硬化させるために使用される、硬化ユニットを含む、装置。 - 請求項7に記載の装置であり、前記硬化ユニットが加熱ユニット又はUV照射ユニットを含む、装置。
- 請求項7に記載の装置であり、前記上部モールド及び下部モールドの少なくとも1つが溝を有する表面を含む、装置。
