Description
Claims (15)
- シャフトに力を伝達する装置であって、
該装置は、
シャフトを受け入れる中央開口を有する装着フランジと、
半径方向の作動面とシャフトに固着される中央開口とを有し、シャフトと共に回転可能なロータと、
前記ロータの対向する側面に配置されると共に、前記装着フランジに移動可能に取り付けられ、前記装着フランジに対して、前記ロータの締付荷重を解放する第1の方向と前記ロータに締付荷重を作用させる第2の方向に、軸方向に移動可能である前側の圧力板及び後側の圧力板と、
前記前側の圧力板に移動可能に連結され、前記第1の方向と前記第2の方向に、軸方向に移動可能なピストンと、
前記前側の圧力板に連結され、該前側の圧力板と共に軸方向に移動可能なシリンダーと、を含んでおり、
前記シリンダーは、前記ピストンの円環状に隆起した部分と係合するように構成された環状の第1溝と、該第1溝の底部に設けた環状の第2溝とからなる環状の段付き溝を有し、前記シリンダーの環状の第1溝と前記ピストンの円環状に隆起した部分との係合により環状の可変容積流体室を形成し、
また、前記シリンダーと前記ピストンは、前記容積流体室から前記シリンダーと前記ピストンに作用する流体圧力によって第1の方向に軸方向に移動して、前記前側の圧力板及び前記後側の圧力板の前記ロータに対する締付荷重を解放するために、前記前側の圧力板を付勢反力に対抗して押し付け、
また、前記ピストンは、第2の方向に移動して、前記ロータに締付荷重を作用させるために、前記ロータに対向する前記前側の圧力板及び後側の圧力板の摩擦面を押し付ける、ことを特徴とする装置。 - さらに、前記ロータの前記作動面を覆うのに十分な、前記前側の圧力板及び前記後側の圧力板の前記摩擦面上の複数の摩擦パッドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記ピストンと前記前側の圧力板との間に配設されたヘリカルコイルスプリングの配列を含んでおり、該ヘリカルスプリングの配列により、前記ロータに締付荷重用の付勢反力を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装着フランジ、前記ロータ、前記前側及び前記後側の圧力板、前記ピストン及び前記カバーは、ほぼ環状の形状を有し、シャフトを受け入れるために中央に配置された開口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装着フランジ、前記前側及び前記後側の圧力板及び前記ピストンは、外端部の整列された通路を介して、ガイドロッドにより相互に連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、適用を容易すると共にロータへの締付力を解放するために、前記後側の圧力板と前記ピストンとの間で前記ガイドロッド上に同軸に配置された複数の締付管を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記ロータへの締付力の解放をアシストするために、前記前側の圧力板と前記後側の圧力板との間で前記締付管と同軸に配置されたリターンスプリングを含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の装置。
- さらに、シャフトを受け入れるために、前記ロータに取り付けられたハブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各摩擦パッドは、ほぼ台形形状であり、前記前側の圧力板及び前記後側の圧力板に取り外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- さらに、前記ロータに配設された複数の摩擦パッドを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各摩擦パッドは、ほぼ台形形状であり、前記ロータに取り外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記ロータは、環状のギャップと補強リブを備えた環状のロータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ロータは、複数の貫通開口を備えた環状のロータを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記ロータは、環状のギャップと補強リブを備えると共に複数の貫通開口を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- さらに、複数のほぼ台形形状の摩擦パッドを含んでおり、各摩擦パッドは、前記締付管の間の開口を介して取り外し可能に交換される寸法であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
