Description
図7aは支持体4a/ケージ5aアセンブリが閉じる前のカプセルの位置を例示する図である。
図8aは、ケージ5aの内側の制限された体積に順応している可撓性のカプセルを例示する図である。
図9は、ケージ5内に挿入することができない剛性のカプセルを例示する図である。そのようなカプセルをケージ内に強制的に挿入することは、その破断を引き起こすことになる。
最後に、図15a及び16aは、水入口が、基体9aが支持体4a上に位置している針8の形を取る、別のバリアントを示す図である。
図16aは、可撓性カプセルの使用を例示する図である。その底部は、いったん針8によって穿孔されると、その周囲に適合し、それによりこの場所で良好な密封を確実にする。
図5c〜8cは、金属で作られているカプセルを描いている図である。
カプセル1dまわりに分布される数個の穴8を使用するのが好ましい。
さらに、熱水が排出してしまうと、カプセルはケージ5d内にロックされる。
図1eはデバイス開を示し、図2eはデバイス閉(操作モード)を示す。
図3e及び4eは、図1e及び2eに類似するが、抵抗器が、熱伝導流体(気体又は液体)が中を循環するうず巻き管の形の熱交換器7eに置き換わっている点で異なる。
図示されていない一バリアントによれば、熱交換器は、分岐を介して、デバイスの水入口ダクトと連通している。
Claims (6)
- カプセル支持体、及び内部に少なくとも一つの水入口及びカプセルに穿孔するための手段が置かれるカプセルケージを含んでなる、カプセルから抽出される飲料を調製するためのデバイスであって、
穿孔手段は、穿孔に対する抵抗係数が値R p 未満であるカプセルのみに穿孔するのに適し、前記係数は、生物分解性材料で作られているカプセルの穿孔を可能にするように選択されていることを特徴とする、上記デバイス。 - 穿孔手段が、Rpより大の抵抗係数を有するカプセルと相互作用すると、破断するように適合される、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 穿孔手段が、Rpより大の抵抗係数を有するカプセルと相互作用すると、曲がるように適合される、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 穿孔手段が、Rpより大の抵抗係数を有するカプセルと相互作用すると、後退するように適合される、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 穿孔手段が、穿孔に先立ちカプセルを変形させるように適合される、請求項1記載のデバイス。
- 穿孔手段は、ばね上に取付けられる針を含んでなり、ばねの張力は、カプセルが一定の軟化度に達したときに、針がカプセルに沈み込むように調整される、請求項1記載のデバイス。
