Claims (6)
- 対象を冷却するために脈動流体を使用する冷却装置であって、
動作周波数fwにおいて圧力波を生成する膜をもつトランスデューサと、
前記膜の第1の側を囲むキャビティであって、前記キャビティは、前記対象に向かって脈動正味出力流体フローを発する少なくとも1つの開口をもつ、キャビティとを有し、
前記少なくとも1つの開口は、チャネルを介して前記キャビティに接続されており、前記チャネルは、λをf=f w に対応する前記流体の波長として、λ/20よりも短い長さL p を有しており、
前記開口は、前記膜の第2の側とガス状流体連通しており、
前記キャビティ及び前記チャネルの寸法は、前記キャビティ及び前記チャネルのヘルムホルツ周波数f H が前記トランスデューサの前記動作周波数f w の4倍を超えるように選択される、冷却装置。 - 前記動作周波数fwは、60Hzよりも低い、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の冷却装置。
- 前記膜の面積S1は、前記開口の面積Spよりも大きい、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の冷却装置。
- 電子回路と、前記電子回路の冷却のための請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の冷却装置とを有する、電子装置。
- 過熱点を冷却する請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の冷却装置を有する、照明装置。
