Claims (17)
- 信号ワイヤー束を制御盤から手動操作カテーテル組立体へ結合する複数ワイヤーバレルコネクターであって、
筒状空腔を有する雌コネクター構成要素であって、
筒状空腔内に配置されたワイヤーフィンガー群であって、信号線群用に終端点を提供するワイヤーフィンガー群と、
筒状空腔の開口近傍の所定箇所に筒状空腔の表面に配置したガイドペグと、
筒状空腔の閉塞端に基部面上に配置した中心ピンであって、筒状空腔の中心軸に沿って基部面から延在する中心ピンと、
を備える雌コネクター構成要素と、
不均一な横断面半径を有する実質筒状の形状を有する雄コネクター構成要素であって、
雄コネクターの筒状面の弧に沿って配置した信号リード群であって、雄コネクター構成要素の長さの大半に沿って配置した信号リード群と、
雄コネクターの表面内に画成したスロットであって、ガイドペグを受容し、係合期間中の雄コネクターと雌コネクターの相対的位置を拘束するように配置され、雄コネクターに沿って長さ方向に走る第1のセグメントと、ワイヤーフィンガー群と信号リード群との間の回動係合を案内する第2のセグメントとを備えるスロットと、
を備える雌コネクター構成要素と、
を具備し、
雌雄のコネクター構成要素に組み込んだ回動ロック構造が、雄コネクター構成要素と雌コネクター構成要素とを完全な係合関係に回動させた後、雄コネクターと雌コネクター構成要素との間の完全な係合が維持されるよう保証する、
バレルコネクター。 - 無菌フィールドバッグをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 無菌フィールドバッグはプラスチックシートを一体化したガスケットを備えており、このガスケットがバレルコネクターを完全に係合させたときに雌コネクター構成要素と雄コネクター構成要素との間に圧力シールを提供する、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 信号リード群は、可撓性基板と画成された導体線群とを備える少なくとも第1の可撓性回路により提供される、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 信号リード群は少なくとも第2の可撓性回路により供給され、第1と第2の可撓性回路用の信号リードを雄コネクター構成要素の両側に配置した、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 雄コネクター構成要素は第1と第2の準筒状下位構成要素を備え、第1の可撓性回路と第2の可撓性回路を第1と第2の準筒状下位構成要素のそれぞれにより担持した、請求項5に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 雄コネクター構成要素は、可撓性回路支持体と第1のクランプ構成要素と第2のクランプ構成要素とを備え、
第1の可撓性回路と第2の可撓性回路の信号リード群を、第1と第2の構成要素間に介挿した可撓性回路支持体により担持した、請求項5に記載のバレルコネクター。 - ワイヤーフィンガーを制御盤信号インタフェースからの信号線に接続した、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 雄コネクターの不均一な横断面半径から立ち上がる雌コネクター構成要素と雄コネクター構成要素との間の長さ方向の空隙が、雄コネクター構成要素と雌コネクター構成要素との間の摺動係合期間中のワイヤーフィンガー用の遊隙を規定する、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- ワイヤーフィンガーは、雄コネクター構成要素からなる相補的リード線群との回動係合に対応するよう撓曲するばねワイヤーとした、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 少なくとも32本の物理的信号線を信号リード群により支持した、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 少なくとも64本の物理的信号線を信号リード群により支持した、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- コネクターはほぼ30mmの外径を有する、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- コネクターは、10cm台の長さを有する、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 信号リード群を有するコネクター部分はほぼ40mmである、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 雄コネクター構成要素は血管内撮像装置用の手動操作コントローラの取っ手筺体内に組み込んである、請求項1に記載のバレルコネクター。
- 血管内撮像装置は、心臓内超音波検査装置である、請求項16に記載のバレルコネクター。
