Description
乾燥ゾーンの温度は25℃〜140℃が好ましく、乾燥ゾーンの前半は比較的低温であり、後半は比較的高温であることが好ましい。ただし、各層の塗布組成物に含有される溶剤以外の成分の揮発が始まる温度以下であることが好ましい。例えば、紫外線硬化樹脂と併用される市販の光ラジカル発生剤のなかには120℃の温風中で数分以内にその数10%前後が揮発してしまうものもあり、また、単官能、2官能のアクリレートモノマー等は100℃の温風中で揮発が進行するものもある。そのような場合には、前記のように各層の塗布組成物に含有される溶剤以外の成分の揮発が始まる温度以下であることが好ましい。
次に、本発明のスライド塗布装置10の実施例を説明する。スライド塗布ホッパー12の構造は図1〜図3で示したものと同様である。
Claims (3)
- 帯状の支持体を50m/min以下の走行速度で連続走行させ、10mPa・s未満の粘度を有する1以上の塗布液を、スライド塗布装置により塗布するスライド塗布方法であって、
前記スライド塗布装置は、スライド面と前記スライド面の上の両端部に前記塗布液の流下をガイドするガイド板とを備え、前記ガイド板の下端は、前記スライド面の下端のリップ先端よりも0mmを超えて4mm未満の範囲で短く構成され、前記スライド塗布装置の前記リップ先端と前記支持体面との間に形成されるリップクリアランスに塗布液ビードを介して前記塗布液を前記支持体面に塗布するスライド塗布方法。 - 前記塗布液の総塗布膜厚は40g/m2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスライド塗布方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載のスライド塗布方法により塗布されたことを特徴とする光学フィルムの製造方法。
