Claims (4)
- 導体に通流される被測定電流からの誘導磁界により特性が変化する磁気検出素子と、前記磁気検出素子の近傍に配置され、前記誘導磁界を相殺するキャンセル磁界を発生するフィードバックコイルと、前記導体と前記磁気検出素子及び前記フィードバックコイルとの間に配置されており、前記誘導磁界を減衰させる磁束減衰手段と、を具備し、前記磁束減衰手段は、中空容器内に磁性流体を封入してなることを特徴とする磁気平衡式電流センサ。
- 前記中空容器は、非磁性材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の磁気平衡式電流センサ。
- 前記非磁性材料が樹脂材料であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の磁気平衡式電流センサ。
- 前記磁気検出素子が、磁気抵抗効果素子又はホール素子であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の磁気平衡式電流センサ。
