Description

Claims (15)
- 頂部(10)及び底部(20)が設けられている使い捨てアイソレータ(1)であって、
前記頂部及び底部は1以上の側壁(30)によって互いに連結され、それら全体で内側部(40)を形成しており、
・前記底部(20)は、少なくとも1つの容器(80)を配置するための支持領域(21)を少なくとも1つ備え、
・前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)は、少なくとも1つの充填手段(12)を備え、
・前記充填手段(12)及び前記支持領域(21)は独立に又は一緒に協働して、前記容器が物質によって充填されるよう、少なくとも1つの容器を前記充填手段の実質的に目前に位置させる、
使い捨てアイソレータ。 - ・前記底部(20)は、外側表面(27)と内側表面(28)を有する支持領域(21)を少なくとも1つ備え、
前記外側表面(27)は、少なくとも1つの容器(80)を支持するための支持手段(22)を受けるための受け手段を画定し、
前記支持手段(22)は、前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)外に位置し、
前記内側表面(28)は、前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)内に置かれた少なくとも1つの容器(80)を受けるための受け手段を画定し、
前記容器は、前記支持手段(22)を用いて動かされ、
・前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)は、前記頂部(10)に配置された充填手段(12)を少なくとも1つ備え、
前記充填手段(12)は、前記支持領域(21)の実質的に目前にある、
請求項1に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ(1)。 - 前記アイソレータ(1)は、1以上の可撓性物質から形成される、
請求項1に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記使い捨てアイソレータは、ワンピースデバイス、好ましくは、例えばPE、PP、PFA、又はPEEK等のプラスチック等の使い捨て可能な材料の少なくとも1つから形成されるワンピースデバイスである、
請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記アイソレータは、前記内側部と別々に、又は一緒に膨らませることで前記アイソレータ(1)を所定の形状にすることができる構造形成手段(50)を1以上備えている、
請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記支持領域(21)は、実質的に平坦な表面(25)と、可撓性の側部(26)を備えている、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記支持領域(21)は、XY板又はXYZ板を受けるよう設計されており、前記XY板又はXYZ板の移動を許すものであり、
前記XY板又はXYZ板は、前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)外に位置する、
請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記支持領域(21)は、前記外側表面(27)上に、前記XY板又はXYZ板を係止するための手段(60)を少なくとも1つ備え、前記内側表面(28)上に、前記容器(80)又はトレー(90)を係止するための手段(70)を少なくとも1つ備えている、
請求項7に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記容器は、複数の容器又はバイアル(80)、特にトレー(90)内に置かれた複数の容器又はバイアル(80)であり、自動計算機によってその配置される位置が決められてもよい、
請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記充填手段(12)は、物質によって容器(80)を充填するための針を少なくとも1つ備え、前記針は、好ましくは前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)上に固定されている、
請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記針は、密封かつ防水の状態で前記使い捨てアイソレータに固定されている、
請求項10に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記充填手段(12)は、容器を充填するために上下動する、
請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記底部(20)は、重量計(96)、好ましくは化学天秤を受けるよう設計された他の領域(95)を1以上備えている、
請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)は、前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)内又は外に物質を導入したり、それぞれ取り出したりするための入口手段(100)及び出口手段(102)を備えている、
請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の使い捨てアイソレータ。 - 前記使い捨てアイソレータは、前記使い捨てアイソレータ(1)内に導入された物質を操作するため手段(110)を少なくとも1つ備えている、
