Description
−少なくとも1種の単糖類及び/又は少なくとも1種の多糖類と、
−分子量が1000以下である少なくとも1種の有機ポリカルボン酸と
を含む組成物を提供する。
−0乃至2部のシラン、特にアミノシラン、
−0乃至20部、好ましくは4乃至15部のオイル、
−0乃至30部、好ましくは0乃至20部の尿素及び/又はグリセロール、
−0乃至5部のシリコーン、
−0乃至30部の、リグニン誘導体、例えばリグノスルホン酸アンモニウム(ALS)又はリグノスルホン酸ナトリウムなど及び動物性又は植物性蛋白質から選択される「鎖延長剤」。
・直列に配置された3つのカラム:GMPWxlが充填された2つのViscoGEL(登録商標)カラム(「混合床」カラム)及びG2500PWxlが充填された1つのViscoGEL(登録商標)カラム(「単一床」カラム)。これらカラムは、Viscotekより販売されている、
・溶離剤:PSBバッファ(塩化ナトリウム及びリン酸ナトリウムに基づく、pHが約7.4の塩類溶液)、
・温度:35℃、
・検出器:示差屈折計、粘度測定器及び光散乱計;
−高分子材料の粘弾性挙動を特徴付けることを可能にする動的機械的分析(DMA)法による、架橋開始温度(Tc)及び架橋速度(R)。手順は以下の通りである:ワットマン紙サンプルをサイズ剤組成物(有機固形分が約40%)に浸し、次に、これを2つのつめの間に固定する。加えられる張力の関数としての応力を測定する装置を備えた振動素子を、このサンプルの上面に設置する。前記装置は、弾性率Eを算出することを可能にする。サンプルを、20乃至250℃の温度まで、4℃/分の速度で加熱する。温度(単位:℃)の関数としての弾性率Eの変化の曲線(単位:MPa)を測定結果からプロットし、この曲線の概略的な形を図1に示す。単位を℃とした架橋開始温度(Tc)に対応する値と、単位をMPa/℃とした架橋速度(R)に対応する勾配とを、この曲線から判定する。
表1に示した成分を含むサイズ剤組成物が調製される。前記成分は、重量部で示されている。
コーンスターチから得られ、以下の特徴を持つデキストリン(マルトデキストリン)を使用する点で例1乃至6の条件を変更した条件のもとで、作業が行われた。
−重量平均分子量が1850に等しく、多分散指数PIが4.45に等しく、デキストロース当量DEが30に等しい(照会名Tackidex(登録商標)でRoqutte Freresにより販売されている;固形分:75%):例13乃至15、
−重量平均分子量が1520に等しく、多分散指数PIが5.72に等しく、デキストロース当量DEが62に等しい(照会名Flolys(登録商標) B6080SでRoqutte Freresにより販売されている;固形分:81%):例16乃至18、
−グルコース含有量が95重量%を上回り、デキストロース当量DEが99に等しい(照会名glucose syrup 74/968(登録商標)でRoqutte Freresにより販売されている;固形分:75%):例19乃至21。
例2、4及び10の組成物並びにホルムアルデヒドフェノール樹脂(参照)が、グラスウール製の断熱製品を形成するのに使用される。
これらの例は、工業ライン上での断熱製品の製造を説明する。
Claims (33)
- ミネラルウール製の断熱製品用のサイズ剤組成物であって、
−少なくとの1種の単糖類及び/又は10000未満の重量平均分子量を示す少なくとも1種の多糖類と、
−分子量が1000以下である少なくとも1種の有機ポリカルボン酸(有機ポリカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩を除く)と
を含むことを特徴とする組成物。 - 前記単糖類は、3乃至8個の炭素原子を含む単糖類から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記単糖類はアルドースであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記アルドースは、グルコース、マンノース及びガラクトースなどの六炭糖であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の組成物。
- 前記多糖類は、180より大きい重量平均分子量を示す多糖類から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 前記多糖類は、50%を超えるグルコースユニットから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 単糖類及び/又は多糖類からなる混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の組成物。

−0乃至30部の、リグノスルホン酸アンモニウム(ALS)又はリグノスルホン酸ナトリウム、および動物性又は植物性蛋白質から選択される鎖延長剤。 - ミネラルウール製の防音及び/又は断熱製品であって、請求項1乃至28の何れか1項に記載したサイズ剤組成物を使用してサイジングした製品。
- 前記ミネラルウール製の防音及び/又は断熱製品は、グラスウール製又はロックウール製の防音及び/又は断熱製品である請求項29に記載のサイジングした製品。
- 鉱物繊維からなるベールであって、請求項1乃至28の何れか1項に記載したサイズ剤組成物を使用してサイジングしたベール。
- 前記鉱物繊維は、グラスファイバ又はロックファイバである請求項31に記載のサイジングしたベール。
- 請求項29若しくは30に記載のミネラルウール製の防音及び/又は断熱製品の、又は、請求項31若しくは32に記載の鉱物繊維からなるベールの製造方法であって、前記ミネラルウール又は前記鉱物繊維が製造され、サイズ剤組成物が前記ウール又は前記繊維上に吹き付けられ、前記ウール又は前記繊維が、前記サイズ剤の架橋と不溶融性バインダの形成とを可能とする温度で処理され、前記サイズ剤組成物が、
−少なくとの1種の単糖類及び/又は10000未満の重量平均分子量を示す多糖類と、
−分子量が1000未満である少なくとも1種の有機ポリカルボン酸(有機ポリカルボン酸のアンモニウム塩を除く)と
を含むことを特徴とする方法。
