Claims (11)
- クロック信号を生成するクロック回路と、
前記クロック信号のタイミングに応じて、電源電流を生成する電源電流源と、
前記電源電流と、所定レベル以上の受信信号に基づき発振し、前記クロック信号の周波数より高い発振周波数を有する発振信号を生成する発振回路と、
を備え、
前記電源電流源により生成される電源電流は、前記受信信号が存在しないときに前記発振回路が発振しない値に制御されている発振装置。 - 前記受信信号が存在しないときに前記発振回路が発振しない値に、前記電源電流を制御する第1の制御回路、
をさらに備えた請求項1に記載の発振装置。 - 前記第1の制御回路は、前記受信信号が存在しない状態で、前記電源電流を段階的に増加させ、前記発振回路が発振した電流値からm(mは1以上の整数)段戻した値に、前記電源電流を制御する
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の発振装置。 - 前記クロック信号のエッジを検出し、前記クロック信号の波長より短いパルス幅の短パルス信号を生成する短パルス生成回路をさらに備え、
前記電源電流源は、前記短パルス信号のタイミングに応じて、前記電源電流を生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか一項に記載の発振装置。 - 基準周波数信号を元に、前記発振回路の発振周波数を制御する第2の制御回路
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか一項に記載の発振装置。 - 前記発振回路は、正帰還増幅回路、インダクタ、キャパシタ、信号入力バッファ回路によって構成される
ことを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載の発振装置。 - 前記発振信号の振幅を検知し、前記振幅に応じた復調信号を生成する振幅検知回路と、 前記復調信号を処理する信号処理回路と、
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか一項に記載の発振装置。 - 前記信号処理回路は、前記復調信号が、所定の信号に合致することを検出したら、外部機器へ制御信号を出力する
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の発振装置。 - 基準周波数信号を元に、前記発振回路の発振周波数を制御する第2の制御回路を備え、 電源オン時、前記第2および第1の制御回路による前記発振周波数および前記電源電流の調整が行われ、
前記信号処理回路により前記制御信号が出力された後、電源オフにされる
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の発振装置。 - 前記電源電流を制御して前記発振回路の発振および非発振を制御することで、前記発振信号に基づく送信信号を生成する送信制御部、
をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし9のいずれか一項に記載の発振装置。 - 請求項1に記載の発振装置を含む起動信号検知回路と
無線を介して通信を行うための無線通信回路と、
前記起動信号検知回路および前記無線通信回路に電力を供給するための電源と、
を備え、
前記電源は、
前記発振装置の信号待ち受け時、前記起動信号検知回路へ電力を供給し、
前記発振装置から前記発振信号が出力されたとき、前記無線通信回路に前記電力を供給する
ことを特徴とする無線通信装置。
