Description
Claims (19)
- 患者に関する複数の生理情報を検知する少なくとも1つのセンサ、及び
前記複数の生理情報を遠隔地へ伝達するためのコグニティブ装置
を含む身体ネットワークを有する患者監視システムにおいて、前記コグニティブ装置は、
未使用帯域幅が存在しているか検出された周波数スペクトルを調べ、前記身体ネットワークから受信した前記複数の生理情報を前記遠隔地へ送信するための1つ以上の帯域を勧告するコグニティブ無線、
前記身体ネットワークから前記複数の生理情報を受信し、一連の規則の少なくとも一部に基づいて前記複数の生理情報を優先順位付けし、及び前記優先順位及び前記勧告された送信帯域に基づいてどの情報を送信するのかを選択するコグニティブモニター、並びに
前記勧告された送信帯域の少なくとも1つを介して前記選択した情報を送信する送信機、
を有する患者監視システム。 - 前記コグニティブ無線は、ノイズ及び利用可能な未使用帯域幅の量の少なくとも1つに基づいて前記スペクトルから前記送信帯域を選択する請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記身体ネットワークから受信した前記情報は、ECG、EEG、EMG、NiBP、脈拍、呼吸、血液酸素及び中核体温の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コグニティブモニターは、前記受信した情報を関連する情報からなる1つ以上のグループにパースする請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コグニティブモニターは、グループ内にある前記関連する情報を比較して一貫性をチェックし、一貫性の無い情報を処分する請求項4に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コグニティブモニターは、前記受信した情報におけるノイズのレベルを決定し、前記情報を最少のノイズレベルを持つ情報から最大のノイズレベルを持つ情報へ優先順位付けをする請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コグニティブモニターは、前記受信した情報におけるアーチファクトのレベルを決定し、前記情報を最少のアーチファクトを持つ情報から最大のアーチファクトを持つ情報へ優先順位付けをする請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コグニティブモニターは、前記受信した情報を患者について分かっている生理状態、監視している臨床医にとって重要と考えられる臨床徴候、及び管理している臨床医により規定される所定の優先順位の少なくとも1つに基づいて優先順位付けをする請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コグニティブ無線は、利用可能な周波数帯域を継続的に調べ、前記コグニティブモニタに勧告される、送信に使用するための帯域を動的に更新する請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コグニティブモニターは、まだ送信されていない前記情報及び現在の送信帯域を定期的に分析し、送信するための前記情報を再び優先順位付けする請求項9に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記コグニティブモニターは、送信スペクトルとして勧告するためのスペクトルのスペクトル特性を分析する推論部品を含む請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記特性は、ノイズ、全帯域幅、未使用帯域幅、アプリケーション及び周波数帯域のうち少なくとも1つを含む請求項11に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記推論部品は、
アルゴリズムを示す一連の規則、及び
前記規則に基づいて、FCCポリシー、装置機能、現在の送信/受信状態及び無線分野の専門知識のうち少なくとも1つから推論を導く推論エンジン
を含む請求項11に記載の患者監視システム。 - 前記コグニティブモニターは、
品質に基づいて、前記身体ネットワークから受信した情報をランク付けするランク付け部品、及び
前記ランク付けされた情報と前記送信スペクトルとに基づいてどの信号を送信するのかを選択する推論部品
を含む請求項1に記載の患者監視システム。 - 前記推論部品はさらに、監視機能、アプリケーション要件及び環境特性の少なくとも1つに基づき、送信する信号の選択を行う請求項14に記載の患者監視システム。
- 前記推論部品は、
アルゴリズムを示す一連の規則、及び
前記規則に基づいて、監視機能、アプリケーション要件、環境特性、及び勧告された送信スペクトルのうち1つ以上から推論を導く推論エンジン
を含む請求項14に記載の患者監視システム。 - 患者に関する複数の生理情報を遠隔地へ伝達するためのコグニティブ装置であって、
未使用帯域幅が存在しているか検出された周波数スペクトルを調べ、身体ネットワークから受信した前記複数の生理情報を前記遠隔地へ送信するための1つ以上の帯域を勧告するコグニティブ無線と、
前記身体ネットワークから前記複数の生理情報を受信し、一連の規則の少なくとも一部に基づいて前記複数の生理情報を優先順位付けし、及び前記優先順位及び前記勧告された送信帯域に基づいてどの情報を送信するのかを選択するコグニティブモニターと、
前記勧告された送信帯域の少なくとも1つを介して前記選択した情報を送信する送信機とを有する、コグニティブ装置。 - ワイヤレスネットワークからの情報の監視を容易にするコグニティブ装置において、
未使用帯域幅が存在しているか検出された周波数スペクトルを調べ、前記ワイヤレスネットワークから受信した複数の生理情報を監視システムに送信するための1つ以上の帯域を勧告するコグニティブ無線、
前記ワイヤレスネットワークから前記複数の生理情報を受信し、一連の規則の少なくとも一部に基づいて前記複数の生理情報を優先順位付けし、及び前記優先順位付け及び前記勧告された送信帯域に基づいてどの情報を送信するかを選択するコグニティブモニター、並びに
前記勧告された送信帯域の少なくとも1つを介して前記選択した情報を前記監視システムに送信する送信機
を有するコグニティブ装置。 - 生理情報を検知する身体ネットワークから受信した前記生理情報を遠隔地へ搬送するための方法において、
前記身体ネットワークから複数の生理情報運搬信号を受信するステップ、
前記信号を形式に基づいてグループ化するステップ、
各グループ内にある前記信号を優先順位付けするステップ、
前記グループを優先順位付けするステップ、
前記信号を送信するのに利用可能である帯域幅の少なくとも一部を持つ周波数帯域を見つけ、定量的特性及び定量的送信特性に基づいて送信帯域を選択するステップ、
信号の優先順位及び前記帯域特性に基づいて送信するために、1つ以上の信号を選択するステップ、並びに
前記選択された信号を前記選択された帯域によって前記遠隔地へ送信するステップ
を有する方法。
