Description
Claims (12)
- 充填材層により分離された内側プライ及び外側プライを備えるホースポンプ用ホースであって、
前記内側及び外側プライは、反対方向へ螺旋状に巻かれており、
前記内側プライは、前記外側プライより浅い角度を有し、
前記充填材層は、弾性体を有し、前記ホースの収縮及び伸長を可能とするように弾力的に伸縮自在である、
ホース。 - 前記プライは、前記充填材層より弾性が少ない、請求項1に記載のホース。
- 前記プライは、ワイヤにより作成される、請求項1または請求項2に記載のホース。
- 前記内側プライの前記ホースの中心からの半径は、前記外側プライの半径の20%乃至90%の範囲である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のホース。
- 前記充填材層は、ポリマ材料製である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のホース。
- 前記プライの角度と、前記充填材層の厚さとは、前記ホースを伸長させることにより発生する前記内側及び外側プライの捻り効果が実質的にバランスを保つように選択される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のホース。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のホースと、端部取付具とを備えるホース組立体であって、
前記端部取付具は、前記ホースの端部が乗り越えて延びる第一の端部と、取付フランジが配置された第二の端部とを有する管状部を含み、
前記端部取付具は、前記内側及び外側プライをそれぞれ保持するために、前記管状部の外面に形成された第一及び第二の保持ビーズを有する、
ホース組立体。 - 前記充填材層は、前記ホースの前記端部に向かって厚さが減少する、請求項7に記載のホース組立体。
- 内側及び外側プライを前記プライ間の充填材層と共に有するホースと、端部取付具とを備えたホース組立体であって、
前記端部取付具は、前記ホースの端部が乗り越えて延びる第一の端部と、取付フランジが配置された第二の端部とを有する管状部を含み、
前記端部取付具は、前記内側及び外側プライをそれぞれ保持するために、前記管状部の外面に形成された第一及び第二の保持ビーズを有し、
前記充填材層は、前記ホースの前記端部に向かって厚さが減少する弾性体を有し、
前記充填材層は、前記ホースの収縮及び伸長を可能とするように弾力的に伸縮自在である、
ホース組立体。 - 前記充填材層は、前記端部取付具の前記第一の端部を越えた前記ホースの一部に渡って、厚さが減少する、請求項8または請求項9に記載のホース組立体。
- 前記充填材層は、前記取付具の前記第一の端部から前記第一の保持ビーズまで、実質的に一定の厚さである、請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載のホース組立体。
- 前記充填材層は、前記第一及び第二の保持ビーズ間において厚さが減少する、請求項10または請求項11に記載のホース組立体。
