ただし、基T、Q、及びZのうち少なくとも1つが−SO2−、又はC=Oであり、そしてt及びqが0であれば、Zは−SO2−、又はC=Oであり、
Ar、Ar1は、相互に独立してC6〜C18アリーレン基であり、この際にこれらのアリーレン基は、場合によりC1〜C12アルキル基、C6〜C18アリール基、C1〜C12アルコキシ基、又はハロゲン原子により置換されていてよい]

ただし、基T、Q、及びZのうち少なくとも1つが−SO2−、又はC=Oであり、そしてt及びqが0であれば、Zは−SO2−、又はC=Oであり、
Ar、Ar1は、相互に独立してC6〜C12アリーレン基であり、この際にこれらのアリーレン基は、場合によりC1〜C12アルキル基、C6〜C12アリール基、C1〜C12アルコキシ基、又はハロゲン原子により置換されていてよい]
の繰返単位から構成されているポリアリールエーテルである。
a)モノマー構成要素から出発して、マイクロ波照射を使用しながら製造された少なくとも1つのポリアリールエーテル5〜99.8質量%、
b)繊維状、又は粒子状の充填材又は強化材0〜約60質量%、及び
c)さらなる添加剤0.2〜約30質量%、
を含む熱可塑性樹脂成形材料に関する。
a)請求項1から9までのいずれか1項に記載の方法により製造される、少なくとも1つのポリアリールエーテル20〜96質量%
b)繊維状、又は粒子状の充填材又は強化材1〜約50質量%、及び
c)さらなる添加剤3〜約30質量%
を含む熱可塑性樹脂成形材料に関する。
成形材料の特性
ポリアリールエーテルスルホンの粘度数は、N−メチルピロリドンの1質量%溶液中で25℃で測定する。
生成物の光学的特性を評価するために、射出成形された試験体(丸いディスク、直径60mm、圧さ2mm)で310℃の材料温度で(ポリスルホン(PSU)に対して)、若しくは350℃(ポリエーテルスルホン(PES)に対して)、及び型温度140℃で製造する。透過性と曇り度(ヘイズ)の測定は、ASTM標準 D 1003に従って行った。
内部温度計、ガス導入管、水分離器付き還流冷却器を有する4lの反応器中に、乾燥したモノマー(試験1.1のためのもの)、ジクロロジフェニルスルホン(DCDPS)、及びビスフェノールA若しくは(試験1.2のための)DCDPS、及びジヒドロキシ−ジフェニルスルホン(DHDPS)を、1.5mol%の余剰DCDPS、及び5mol%の乾燥した余剰炭酸カリウムが窒素雰囲気下で装入されるようにまとめて入れ、撹拌しながらN−メチルピロリドン(NMP)(モノマー濃度1.9mol/l)中に溶解し、そして190℃に加熱する。
KPG撹拌機と水排出口を備える50mlのフラスコに、実施例2.2でNMP 20ml、DCDPS 11,483g、DHDPS 9,857g、及び水不含のカリ(炭酸カリウム)5,804gを満たし、そしてPowemax(登録商標)技術搭載のシングルモード電子レンジ内に導入した。マイクロ波の照射(70w)は、190℃で反応混合物をもたらした。三時間後に、反応を中断させた。得られるポリマーは、水中での沈殿、得られる粉末の熱水による抽出、そして以降の乾燥により単離した。複数の試験を行った。
Claims (7)
- 前記モノマー構成要素を含む反応混合物が、120℃〜280℃の温度で周波数が0.1〜100GHzの範囲のマイクロ波照射による重縮合反応でもたらされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 重縮合の際に溶媒、及び場合により生成水捕捉成分を使用することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 重縮合の際に少なくとも2つの異なるモノマー構成要素を使用し、この際に少なくとも1つのジハロゲン−ジアリールスルホン、及び少なくとも1つのジヒドロキシ−ジアリールスルホン、及び/又はビスフェノールAを使用することを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繰り返し単位が、少なくとも1つの構造I 1 を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繰り返し単位が、少なくとも1つの構造I 2 を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記繰り返し単位が、少なくとも1つの構造I 8 を有する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の方法。
