Claims (16)
- 入力光を、互いに直交する振動方向を有する2つの直線偏光に分岐する偏光分岐素子と、
前記偏光分岐素子で分岐された前記2つの直線偏光を、前記2つの直線偏光に対応し、一方向について空間的に広がりを有する2つのスペクトラム像に分光する波長分散型分光素子と、
前記2つのスペクトラム像に対して互いに独立に、各波長領域の偏光状態を変調して反射する反射型空間変調素子と
を備え、
前記反射型空間変調素子で反射された変調光が前記波長分散型分光素子および前記偏光分岐素子に再入力されることにより、前記変調光のうち、前記反射型空間変調素子で変調された波長領域の出力光と、変調されなかった波長領域の出力光と、が分岐して出力され、
前記偏光分岐素子への入力光および再入力光、並びに、前記波長分散型分光素子への入力光および再入力光が平行光束であるチューナブルフィルタ。 - 前記偏光分岐素子と前記波長分散型分光素子との間に、一方の後側焦点位置と他方の前側焦点位置とを一致させて配した一対の光学系と、
前記波長分散型分光素子と前記反射型空間変調素子との間に、前記波長分散型分光素子と前記反射型空間変調素子をそれぞれ前側焦平面および後側焦平面に配した光学系と
をさらに備える請求項1に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。 - 前記一対の光学系における前記一方の後側焦平面に配され、前記2つの直線偏光が入出力される入出力スリットをさらに備える請求項2に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記偏光分岐素子の偏光分離点と前記一対の光学系のうちの前記一方の前側焦平面とが一致して配される請求項3に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記2つのスペクトラム像の主光線は、前記反射型空間変調素子に対して垂直に入射する請求項4に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記偏光分岐素子は、ウォラストンプリズムまたはノマルスキープリズムのいずれかである請求項5に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記偏光分岐素子において、入力光が2つの直線偏光に分岐して出力される位置とは空間的に異なる位置に、変調光の2つの光束を再入力させる請求項1に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記偏光分岐素子と前記波長分散型分光素子との間に、一方の後側焦点位置と他方の前側焦点位置とを一致させて配した一対の光学系と、
前記波長分散型分光素子と前記反射型空間変調素子との間に、前記波長分散型分光素子と前記反射型空間変調素子をそれぞれ前側焦平面および後側焦平面に配した光学系と
をさらに備える請求項7に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。 - 前記一対の光学系における前記一方の後側焦平面に配され、前記2つの直線偏光が入出力される入出力スリットをさらに備える請求項8に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記偏光分岐素子の偏光分離点と前記一対の光学系のうちの前記一方の前側焦平面とが一致して配される請求項9に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記入出力スリットに集光する前記2つの直線偏光の集光光束の主光線と前記2つの直線偏光のそれぞれが集光した2つのスポットの中心を結ぶ直線とを含む平面に垂直で、前記2つのスポットの中心を結ぶ直線を含む、入出力スリット面の法線と、前記集光光束のそれぞれの主光線とのなす角が、前記集光光束の集光NAから決まる角度よりも大きな角度を有する請求項10に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記偏光分岐素子において、前記一対の光学系における前記一方の光軸からずれた位置に入力光が入力される請求項11に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記2つのスペクトラム像の主光線は、前記反射型空間変調素子に対して傾斜して入射する請求項12に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 前記偏光分岐素子は、ウォラストンプリズムまたはノマルスキープリズムのいずれかである請求項13に記載のチューナブルフィルタ。
- 請求項1に記載のチューナブルフィルタと、
前記チューナブルフィルタに平行光を入力する光源部と
を備える光源装置。 - 請求項1に記載のチューナブルフィルタと、
前記チューナブルフィルタからの出力光を測定する光量測定部と
を備え、
前記反射型空間変調素子により変調された波長領域と、前記光量測定部により測定された出力光の強度とに基づいて、前記チューナブルフィルタに入力された入力光のスペクトル分布を測定するスペクトル分布測定装置。
