Claims (4)
- 屈曲部を有する挿入部を備え、該挿入部が、
複数の超音波トランスデューサと、前記複数の超音波トランスデューサが配置された前面を有するバッキング材と、前記バッキング材の前面に隣接する側面から前面と反対側の裏面の一部まで延伸して設けられ、前記複数の超音波トランスデューサに電気的に接続された複数の電極パッドを前記バッキング材の側面及び裏面の一部に沿って有するフレキシブル配線基板と、前記複数の電極パッドに接続された複数の信号線とを含む超音波トランスデューサ部と、
被検体に光を照射するライトガイド部と、被検体を光学的に撮像する撮像部とを保持し、樹脂で形成された光学系収容部材と、
前記挿入部の先端において前記超音波トランスデューサ部を収容すると共に、該先端より前記屈曲部に近い位置に前記光学系収容部材を取り付け可能な外装部材と、
前記外装部材内に配置され、前記バッキング材の裏面及び前記外装部材の内面に接し、熱伝導率が2W/(m・K)以上である熱伝導部材と、
を具備する超音波探触子。 - 前記外装部材が、絶縁性を有する、請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記外装部材の熱伝導率が、10W/(m・K)以上である、請求項1に記載の超音波探触子。
- 前記外装部材が、ステンレス鋼である、請求項3に記載の超音波探触子。
