Claims (4)
- オイルあるいは流動パラフィンを溶剤としてポリエチレンパウダを加熱溶融し、相分離後に、縦延伸機によって縦延伸に行い、次いで横延伸機によって横延伸を行う逐次二軸延伸により微細孔の延伸開孔を行う多孔性フィルムの製膜方法であって、
前記横延伸機における原反フィルムの走行速度は、ロールの周速が設定された前記縦延伸機より前記横延伸機へ向かう原反フィルムに与える張力が縦延伸に必要な延伸力の120%以上になるように設定され、前記縦延伸機のロールとの接触面での原反フィルムの滑りを抑制することを特徴とする多孔性フィルムの製膜方法。 - 請求項1に記載の多孔性フィルムの製膜方法において、
前記縦延伸機の複数個のロールをセクションドライブによって個別に周速比を設定し、縦延伸機入口側のロールの周速より縦延伸機出口側のロールの周速を速くし、前記縦延伸機のロールとの接触面での原反フィルムの滑りを抑制することを特徴とする多孔性フィルムの製膜方法。 - 請求項1または請求項2に記載の多孔性フィルムの製膜方法において、
前記縦延伸機において、ゴム硬度がJIS−A60以下で、厚さが3mm以上の軟質ラバーをロール表面に備えたニップロールを使用し、2Kg/cm以下の線圧によって原反フィルムをロールにニップすることを特徴とする多孔性フィルムの製膜方法。 - オイルあるいは流動パラフィンを溶剤としてポリエチレンパウダを加熱溶融し、相分離の後に、縦延伸機によって縦延伸に行い、次いで横延伸機によって横延伸を行う逐次二軸延伸により微細孔の延伸開孔を行う多孔性フィルム製膜に用いる逐次二軸延伸装置であって、
前記横延伸機における原反フィルムの走行速度は、ロールの周速が設定された前記縦延伸機より前記横延伸機へ向かう原反フィルムに与える張力が縦延伸に必要な延伸力の120%以上になるように構成され、前記縦延伸機のロールとの接触面での原反フィルムの滑りを抑制することを特徴とする多孔性フィルム製膜用の逐次二軸延伸装置。
