Claims (3)
- 原料粉末を成形用金型の成形用ダイと成形用コアロッドと下パンチとの間に形成された充填部に充填し、この原料粉末を上パンチと前記下パンチにより加圧して軸受孔を有する圧粉体を圧縮成形し、前記圧縮形成後、前記上パンチが相対的に前記成形用ダイの上方に上昇し、前記成形用コアロッドと前記下パンチに対して相対的に前記成形用ダイが降下することにより前記圧粉体を前記成形用ダイから排出し、排出後の前記圧粉体のスプリングバックにより、前記軸受孔から前記成形用コアロッドを引き抜くことを可能とし、この圧粉体を焼結してなる焼結軸受の製造方法において、外周面に放電加工により形成され、各凹凸の高さがランダムである微細なコアロッド側凹凸部を有する前記成形用コアロッドと、前記成形用ダイとの間において、前記原料粉末を圧縮して前記圧粉体を形成することにより、前記微細なコアロッド側凹凸部を前記圧粉体の軸受孔に転写し、前記圧粉体の軸受孔に微細な凹凸部を形成した後、焼結して焼結軸受を形成し、この焼結軸受の軸受孔に、樹脂コーティング層を設けることを特徴とする焼結軸受の製造方法。
- 前記凹凸部の高さが5〜40μmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の焼結軸受の製造方法。
- 前記コアロッド側凹凸部の高さが5〜40μmであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の焼結軸受の製造方法。
