Claims (14)
- 内燃機関の同じ型の少なくとも2つのエンジン弁を作動する装置であって、該同じ型のエンジン弁が吸気弁、排気弁および補助弁から選択されるようになっており、当該弁作動装置は、第1エンジンシリンダの第1エンジン弁を作動するようにされた第1マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置と、
第1エンジンシリンダの第2エンジン弁を作動するようにされた第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置と、
前記第1及び第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置の間にあり、前記第1及び第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置と油圧連通する制御弁であって、前記制御弁が閉じられると、前記第1及び第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置間の連通は遮断され、前記制御弁が開かれると、前記第1及び第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置間の連通は遮断されない、制御弁と、
該制御弁と流体連通する油圧流体アキュムレータと、
前記第1マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置から延びる第1油圧流体クリッピング通路と、を有していることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記制御弁がトリガバルブであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置が、第1スレーブピストン内に摺動自在に配置された第1マスターピストンであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置が、第2スレーブピストン内に摺動自在に配置された第2マスターピストンであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- トリガバルブと流体連通する油圧流体供給を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記油圧流体供給と前記第1マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置の間を延びる油圧流体供給通路を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置から延びる第2油圧流体クリッピング通路を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記第1マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置を制御して前記第1エンジン弁を通して圧縮解放エンジンブレーキを提供する手段と、前記第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置を制御して前記第2エンジン弁を通して早期排気弁開を提供する手段を更に備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 早期排気弁開が、エンジン速度とエンジン負荷から選ばれるエンジンパラメータに応答して与えられることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 内燃機関の同じ型の少なくとも2つのエンジン弁を作動する装置であって、該同じ型のエンジン弁が吸気弁、排気弁および補助弁から選択されるようになっており、当該弁作動装置は、
油圧流体供給通路を有するハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに設けられエンジンシリンダの第1エンジン弁に接触するようにされた第1油圧ロストモーション装置と、
前記ハウジングに設けられエンジンシリンダの第2エンジン弁に接触するようにされた第2油圧ロストモーション装置と、
前記第1及び第2の油圧ロストモーション装置の間の前記ハウジングに設けられた油圧制御弁であって、前記制御弁が閉じられると、前記第1及び第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置間の連通は遮断され、前記制御弁が開かれると、前記第1及び第2マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置間の連通は遮断されない、制御弁と、
該制御弁と流体連通する油圧流体アキュムレータと、
前記第1マスターピストン・スレーブピストンロストモーション装置から延びる第1油圧流体クリッピング通路と、を有していることを特徴とする、装置。 - 前記弁がトリガバルブであることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記第1油圧ロストモーション装置が、固定マスターピストンボアに配置されたマスターピストンと、固定スレーブピストンボアに配置されたスレーブピストンと、マスターピストンボアをスレーブピストンボアに連結する油圧通路からなることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 圧縮解放作動動作を前記第1油圧ロストモーション装置に与える手段と、早期排気弁開作動動作を前記第2油圧ロストモーション装置に与える手段とを更に有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
- 排気ガス再循環弁作動動作を前記第1油圧ロストモーション装置に与える手段を更に有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の装置。
