Description
図1は、この発明の実施の形態1による遠心式血液ポンプ装置のポンプ部1の外観を示す正面図であり、図2はその側面図である。図3は図2のIII−III線断面図であり、図4は図3のIV−IV線断面図であり、図5は図3のIV−IV線断面図からインペラを取り外した状態を示す断面図である。図6は図3のVI−VI線断面図からインペラを取り外した状態を示す断面図であり、図7は図3のVII−VII線断面図である。
図21は、この発明の実施の形態2による遠心式血液ポンプ装置のポンプ部41の構成を示す断面図であって、図3と対比される図である。また、図22は、図21のXXII−XXII線断面図であって、図7と対比される図である。
また、図24は、この実施の形態2の変更例を示すブロック図である。図24において、この変更例では、図23のパワーアンプ27がパワーアンプ32,33および切換スイッチ34で置換される。図13の時刻t0〜t1では、モータ制御回路43の出力信号がパワーアンプ32に与えられ、パワーアンプ32の出力電圧が切換スイッチ34および検出部28,29を介してコイル20に印加され、コイル20に電流I0が流される。時刻t2以降は、モータ制御回路43の出力信号がパワーアンプ33に与えられ、パワーアンプ33の出力電圧が切換スイッチ34および検出部28,29を介してコイル20に印加され、コイル20に電流が流される。
図28は、この発明の実施の形態3による遠心式血液ポンプ装置の構成を示すブロック図である。図28において、この遠心式血液ポンプ装置は、ポンプ部1とコントローラ50を備える。ポンプ部1の構成は、実施の形態1で説明した通りである。コントローラ50は、モータ制御回路51、パワーアンプ52、電圧検出部53、記憶部54、および演算比較部55を含む。
Claims (6)
- 隔壁で仕切られた第1および第2の室を含むハウジングと、前記第1の室内において前記隔壁に沿って回転可能に設けられ、回転時の遠心力によって液体を送るインペラと、前記第2の室内に設けられ、前記隔壁を介して前記インペラを回転駆動させる駆動手段とを備えた遠心ポンプ装置において、
前記インペラの一方面に設けられた第1の磁性体と、
前記インペラの一方面に対向する前記第1の室の内壁に設けられ、前記第1の磁性体を吸引する第2の磁性体と、
前記インペラの他方面に設けられ、隣接する磁極が互いに異なるように同一の円に沿って配置された複数の第3の磁性体とを備え、
前記駆動手段は、
前記複数の第3の磁性体に対向して配置された複数の第4の磁性体と、
それぞれ前記複数の第4の磁性体に対応して設けられて各々が対応の第4の磁性体に巻回され、回転磁界を生成するための複数のコイルとを含み、
前記インペラの回転中において、前記第1および第2の磁性体間の第1の吸引力と前記複数の第3の磁性体および前記複数の第4の磁性体間の第2の吸引力とは、前記第1の室内における前記インペラの可動範囲の略中央で釣り合い、
前記インペラの一方面またはそれに対向する前記第1の室の内壁に第1の動圧溝が形成され、前記インペラの他方面またはそれに対向する前記隔壁に第2の動圧溝が形成され、
さらに、各コイルに印加される電圧を検出する第1の検出手段と、
各コイルに流れる電流を検出する第2の検出手段と、
前記第1および第2の検出手段の検出結果と前記インペラの回転数を示す情報とに基づいて、前記第1の室内における前記インペラのアキシアル方向の位置を求める演算手段とを備えることを特徴とする、遠心式ポンプ装置。 - 前記演算手段は、前記第1の検出手段によって検出された電圧と前記第2の検出手段によって検出された電流との比を求め、その比と前記インペラの回転数を示す情報とに基づいて、前記第1の室内における前記インペラのアキシアル方向の位置を求めることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の遠心式ポンプ装置。
- さらに、前記演算手段によって求められた前記インペラのアキシアル方向の位置が正常範囲内か否かを判定し、判定結果を示す信号を出力する判定手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の遠心式ポンプ装置。
- さらに、前記演算手段によって求められた前記インペラのアキシアル方向の位置と前記インペラの回転数を示す情報とに基づいて、前記インペラのアキシアル方向の位置が正常範囲内か否かを判定し、判定結果を示す信号を出力する判定手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の遠心式ポンプ装置。
- さらに、前記演算手段によって求められた前記インペラのアキシアル方向の位置と前記インペラの回転数を示す情報と前記液体の粘度情報とに基づいて、前記インペラのアキシアル方向の位置が正常範囲内か否かを判定し、判定結果を示す信号を出力する判定手段を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の遠心式ポンプ装置。
- 前記液体は血液であり、
前記遠心式ポンプ装置は、前記血液を循環させるために使用されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれかに記載の遠心式ポンプ装置。
