Claims (9)
- 第一の面、第二の面及び少なくとも一つの開口を有する少なくとも一つのプレートフィンと、
前記プレートフィンにおける前記少なくとも一つの開口の全周に配置された少なくとも一つのフィンカラーとを備え、前記フィンカラーは前記プレートフィンから延在する直立壁を有し、前記壁は複数のスリットを有し、更に、
加圧流体を移送するための少なくとも一つの管を備え、前記管は前記プレートフィンにおける前記少なくとも一つの開口を貫通して配置され、且つろう付けによって前記フィンカラーに装着され、
前記少なくとも一つのフィンカラーは、アルミニウム合金で構成され、更に、
クラッド層を備え、更に、
前記少なくとも一つのフィンカラーは、前記少なくとも一つの管に対して外側に湾曲するように、凸形状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記少なくとも一つの管は、断面形状が円状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも一つの管は、断面形状が楕円状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数のスリットは、前記カラーの全周に実質的に等間隔に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数のスリットは、前記プレートフィンに近い位置よりも遠い位置の方が幅広になるように、傾斜した一対の対向壁によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記複数のスリットは、矩形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも一つの管は、アルミニウム合金で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも一つのプレートフィンは、制御雰囲気ろう付け炉内でろう付けされることにより、前記少なくとも一つの管に装着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記少なくとも一つの管は、銅で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
