Description
Claims (16)
- 蒸気圧縮システムであって、
直列の流れ関係で配された、冷媒であるCO2蒸気を圧縮する少なくとも1つの圧縮機、熱放出形熱交換器、膨張装置および熱吸収形熱交換器を有する冷媒回路と、
前記少なくとも1つの圧縮機の中間段と、熱吸収形熱交換器と少なくとも1つの圧縮機の吸引インレットの間の低圧ポイントとを流体的に相互接続し、かつアンロードバルブを備える圧縮機無負荷回路と、
システムが非作動で、相対的に高い温度条件に曝されたときにアンロードバルブの上流の圧縮機無負荷回路内の圧力を除去するようにアンロードバルブと中間段との間に配設された少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置と、
を備えることを特徴とする蒸気圧縮システム。 - 少なくとも1つの圧縮機は、2つの段を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧縮機は、直列に接続された2つの圧縮機を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 吸引インレットの近傍に配設された少なくとも1つのさらなる圧力除去装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、ラプチャーデスクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、圧力リリーフバルブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- 冷媒回路の低圧側に配設された高圧スイッチを備え、該高圧スイッチは、少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置が圧力を除去する圧力より低い圧力で開となるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- アンロードバルブは、常閉バルブであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蒸気圧縮システム。
- シャットダウン時に高い温度の周囲条件に曝されたときにCO2蒸気圧縮システムに望ましくない高い圧力が生じるのを防ぐ方法であって、蒸気圧縮システムは、
少なくとも1つの圧縮機と、
該少なくとも1つの圧縮機の中間段と、熱吸収形熱交換器と少なくとも1つの圧縮機の吸引インレットの間の低圧ポイントとを流体的に相互接続し、かつアンロードバルブを備える無負荷回路と、
を備えており、該方法は、
アンロードバルブと中間段との間に配設された少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置を設けるステップを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、アンロードバルブの上流の圧縮機無負荷回路内の圧力が所定のレベルに達したときに開となるように構成されることを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも1つの圧縮機は、2つの段を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの圧縮機は、直列に接続された2つの圧縮機を含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 蒸気圧縮システムは、吸引インレットの近傍に配設された少なくとも1つのさらなる圧力除去装置を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、ラプチャーデスクを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置は、圧力リリーフバルブを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 冷媒回路の低圧側に高圧スイッチを配設するステップをさらに含み、
高圧スイッチは、少なくとも1つの圧力除去装置が圧力を除去する圧力より低い圧力で開となるように設計されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。 - アンロードバルブは、常閉バルブであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
