それゆえ、本出願人は、刺激がなく腐食性のない投与量で過酢酸を用いて医療用、外科用および歯科用器具を滅菌する手による方法を開発するために探索し、それはバチルス・セレウスについて3logの対数減少を20℃で20分以内に得ることを可能とし、それはcm3 当り103 スポアの減少であり、この結果は、AFNOR T 72 301標準化分析により定量される。これは、グルタールアルデヒドおよび800ppm(それは約0.08重量%である)の過酢酸および1重量%の過酸化水素を含む水性滅菌溶液であるCIDEX(登録商標)PAについての置換としてこの方法の商業的実施を予見するために要求される最低条件を構成する。実際、出願人は、1年間貯蔵し、1週間使用した後の800ppm(それは約0.08重量%である)の過酢酸および1重量%の過酸化水素を含む水溶液が20分後20℃でバチルス・セレウスに対して有効でなかったことを観察した。過酢酸の有効性の指数としての殺胞子活性の選択は、要求される高いレベルの滅菌により規定される。それは、その抵抗を増加させる細菌のまわりの胞子の膜の存在のために大きな投与量の滅菌剤を一般的に要求するものである。過酢酸の殺胞子活性についての標的として、AFNOR T72 301標準、すなわち、バチルス・セレウスCIP7803、バチルス・サブティリスおよびクロストリディウム・スポロジェネスCIP7939において示される菌株のあいだの研究対象としてのバチルス・セレウスの選択は予備試験の結果から生じ、そのあいだに、出願人は、バチルス・セレウスはグルタールアルデヒドによりバチルス・サブティリスより破壊するのが容易であり、一方対照的に、バチルス・セレウスは、過酢酸によりバチルス・サブティリスより破壊するのがより困難であったことが分かった。

(式中、R5 は、8から18炭素原子を含む飽和または不飽和直鎖または分岐鎖炭化水素ラジカルを表し、R6 およびR7 はそれぞれメチルラジカルを表し、特に、商標AROMOX(登録商標)のもとで販売されているもの、特にAROMOX(登録商標)MCD−Wであり、その活性成分はココジメチルアミンN−オキシドである)に対応するものを表す。本発明の主題である方法において用いられる過酢酸の水溶液は、0.1重量%までの少なくとも1種のアミンオキシドを含み得る。

t=0のときに1100ppmの過酢酸と約3重量%の過酸化水素を含む溶液Aの殺細菌活性、殺真菌活性および殺胞子活性が、EN1040(殺細菌活性)、EN1275(殺真菌活性)、AFNOR72180(殺ウイルス活性)およびAFNOR T 72310(殺胞子活性)標準のそれぞれにおいて記載されている分析方法を用いて、t=0のときに800ppmの過酢酸および約1重量%の過酸化水素を含む溶液Bのそれらと比較された。
それゆえ、溶液Aは、バチルス・セレウスについての殺胞子活性の観点で課される要求に思いがけなく合致することが観察される。
Claims (3)
- 軟水中に、0.10重量%から0.12重量%の過酢酸、2.5重量%から3.5重量%の過酸化水素、2重量%から4重量%の酢酸、0.001重量%から0.002重量%のアルコキシル化C11、C13、C15アルコールの混合物(6から7EO、3PO)、1重量%から2重量%のリン酸二水素ナトリウム(12H2O)および0.01重量%から0.03重量%のピロリン酸ナトリウムを含んだ水溶液の形態の組成物。
- 0.01重量%から0.03重量%のココジメチルアミンN−オキシドおよび/または0重量%から0.003重量%の着色剤をさらに含んだ請求項1記載の組成物。
- 内視鏡を滅菌するための請求項1または2記載の組成物。
