- 20.0質量%〜40.0質量%のニオブと、2.6質量%〜12.7質量%のシリコンと、コバルト及び不可避不純物とからなることを特徴とするコバルト基合金。
- 15.0質量%以下のクロムを含む、請求項1に記載のコバルト基合金。
- 40.0質量%以下の鉄を含む、請求項1に記載のコバルト基合金。
- 鉄及びクロムを、クロムの含有量が15.0質量%以下且つ鉄とクロムの合計量が40.0質量%以下となる量にて含有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のコバルト基合金。
- 試験荷重1kgfのビッカース硬さが800〜1250であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか1つに記載のコバルト基合金。
- 溶湯を噴霧化するアトマイズ法で粉末化することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のコバルト基合金の製造方法。
- 溶湯を凝固させた凝固体を機械的粉砕で粉末化することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のコバルト基合金の製造方法。
