Description
すなわち、流体が通過する流路体と超音波振動子と超音波反応拡散体とを備え、流路体中に超音波振動子を配設するとともに超音波が照射される途中に超音波反応拡散体を配設した構造としている。
ここで、上記螺旋形状光触媒とは、チタン材を切削して出来る切削片を材料とし、これを不活性雰囲気内で加熱し、その後冷却することで表面に二酸化チタン被膜を形成したチタン材の切削片である。
流量S(cc/sec)=r2π×V1=R2π×V2の関係にある。
ここで、V1:供給・排出口の流速 V2:本体内の流速
r:供給・排出口の半径 R:本体の半径
この式から、流速は口径の2乗に反比例し、滞留時間は流速が速いと短時間となり、逆に流速が遅いと長くなる。

Claims (1)
- 温泉、大衆浴場、プールのお湯や水に含まれている細菌を死滅させる水質浄化装置において、円筒形の本体内部には鋸歯形の螺旋形状光触媒網を四角形の筒状に配置し、四角形筒の各角部を本体の内周面に当接して位置決めすると共に、内面との間に所定の空間を残し、そして2本の紫外線ランプを互いにクロスして取付け、又、各紫外線ランプの間には上記鋸歯形の螺旋形状光触媒網を介在し、本体の底には超音波振動子を取付け、さらに本体へ流入する供給口を下部に設け、排出口を上部に設け、上記鋸歯形の螺旋形状光触媒網はチタン材を切削して出来る切削片を用い、この切削片は不活性雰囲気内で加熱し、その後、冷却することで表面に二酸化チタン被膜を形成したもので、上記供給口及び排出口と本体内での平均流速を1:50〜60とし、そして本体の上内面、互いにクロスして配置した両紫外線ランプ、本体下内面間距離を1:1:1.2の比率としたことを特徴とする水質浄化装置。
