Description
Claims (12)
- 近位端と遠位端とを有するバルブカラーであって、前記近位端の少なくとも一部分が半径方向に撓曲可能であるような構造を有するバルブカラーと、
近位端と遠位端とを有する回転可能なバルブ制御部材であって、前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材が人間工学的に構成された外表面を備え、前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材遠位端が、前記バルブ制御部材が前記バルブカラーに対して少なくとも部分的に回転可能であるような形で前記バルブカラー近位端と係合され、前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材が、前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材が回転されると前記バルブカラーの一部分と係合するような機構を備え、前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材及び前記バルブカラーは整列されて細長通路を画定する、回転可能なバルブ制御部材と、
近位端と遠位端とを有する可撓性バルブ部材であって、前記バルブ部材遠位端が前記バルブカラーに固定され、且つ前記バルブ部材近位端が前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材に固定され、当該可撓性バルブ部材が前記通路に沿って配置され、且つ中に長手方向開口部が貫通している、可撓性バルブ部材と、
を備え、前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材を前記バルブカラーに対して第1の方向に回転させると、前記バルブカラーの一部分が半径方向に撓曲し、それによって触覚を生じさせるような形で、且つ前記可撓性バルブ部材の長手方向開口部が、開放位置から、当該長手方向開口部が少なくとも部分的に閉鎖される位置に収縮するような形で、前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材の前記機構が前記バルブカラーの一部分に係合する、バルブアセンブリであって、
前記バルブカラーの一部分が半径方向内側に向かって撓曲可能であり、
前記バルブカラーが少なくとも1つの略U字型カットアウトを備え、前記バルブカラーの撓曲可能な一部分が前記略U字型カットアウトによって画定される、バルブアセンブリ。 - 前記バルブカラーが複数の略U字型カットアウトを備え、バルブカラーの撓曲可能な一部分が前記略U字型カットアウトの各々によって画定される、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記バルブカラーの一部分が、前記U字型カットアウトによって画定される少なくとも1つのブリッジと、前記ブリッジの終端から半径方向外側に向かって突出している外側隆起部とを備える、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材の前記人間工学的に構成された外表面が、前記外表面から半径方向外側に突出する複数の部材を備える、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材は、より小さい直径の近位端からより大きい直径の遠位端にかけて緩やかに湾曲した外面形状とされた、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材は、回転する間、前記バルブカラーに対する撓曲が実質的に阻止されるような厚さを有する、請求項5に記載のバルブ制御アセンブリ。
- 前記人間工学的に構成された外表面が、前記外表面に沿って配置された複数のリブを備える、請求項6に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記人間工学的に構成された外表面が、前記外表面に沿って配置された複数のリブを備える、請求項4に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材の前記機構が、前記バルブ制御部材が前記バルブカラーに対して回転する間に前記バルブカラーの一部分が撓曲可能となるように前記バルブカラーの一部分と係合するサイズ及び形状の、それにより前記回転が容易になる少なくとも1つの内側部材を備える、請求項6に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記回転可能なバルブ制御部材の前記機構が、前記外側隆起部と係合するサイズ及び形状の、少なくとも1つの内側部材を備える、請求項3に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 近位端と遠位端とを有するバルブチャンバを備え、前記バルブチャンバ近位端は前記バルブカラー遠位端と、それらの間に通路が配置される形で係合し、前記バルブアセンブリが、前記バルブチャンバと前記バルブカラーとの間の前記通路に配置されるバルブ部材をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
- 前記バルブ部材が、少なくとも1枚のバルブディスクを備える、請求項11に記載のバルブアセンブリ。
