Description
・0.1重量%〜15重量%のメラミンシアヌレート;及び
・0.1重量%〜5重量%のノボラック樹脂
を少なくとも含むポリアミド系組成物である。
・20重量%〜80重量%のポリアミド樹脂、特にポリアミド6.66及びそれらの共重合体又は混合物;
・0.1重量%〜15重量%のメラミンシアヌレート;
・0.1重量%〜5重量%のノボラック樹脂;
・1重量%〜50重量%の補強充填剤;
・随意に、熱安定剤、UV安定剤、酸化防止剤、滑剤、顔料、着色剤、可塑剤及び衝撃強度調節剤よりなる群から選択される添加剤;
(該重量%は、該組成物の総重量に対して表される)からなる。
各種組成物を、ポリアミドと様々な化合物とを混合させることによって製造した。この混合は、二軸押出器において260℃の温度で行う。この混合物を棒の状態で押し出して、これらの棒を切断することによって顆粒を形成させる。
使用した材料は次のとおりである:
・ポリアミド:ロディア社から商品名Technyl A27A00の下に販売されているポリヘキサメチレンアジパミド(ナイロン6.6)
・メラミンシアヌレート:チバ社が販売するMC25
・ノボラック樹脂:Rhein Chemie社が販売するRhenosin(商標)PR95
・ウォラストナイト:Nyco社が販売する1015
・成形添加剤:タルク、着色剤、ステアリン酸アルミニウム
・難燃剤混合物F:アルミニウムジエチルホスフィネート及びポリリン酸メラミン
・ガラス繊維:Vetrotex社が販売する99B(10μmの直径)。
各化合物の重量パーセント濃度と、各組成物の機械的性質及び難燃性とを以下に表に示す。
Claims (4)
- 次の成分:
・20重量%〜80重量%のポリアミド樹脂;
・5重量%〜12重量%のメラミンシアヌレート;
・0.1重量%〜3重量%のノボラック樹脂;
・1重量%〜50重量%の補強充填剤;
・随意に、熱安定剤、UV安定剤、酸化防止剤、滑剤、顔料、着色剤、可塑剤及び衝撃強度調節剤よりなる群から選択される添加剤
(該重量%は、該組成物の総重量に対して表される)
からなる組成物。 - 該組成物の総重量に対して1重量%〜3重量%のノボラック樹脂を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- ガラス繊維及び無機充填剤よりなる群から選択される補強充填剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の組成物を成形又は造形することによって得られた物品。
