Claims (15)
- 少なくとも3つの並進軸、すなわち縦軸X、横軸Y、および垂直軸Zにおいて移動可能な、静止状態のワークピースを機械加工するための工作ヘッド(10)からなる工作装置において、
ワークピースはZ軸において工作ヘッド(10)上方に固定されており、
工作ヘッドは、少なくとも3つのヒンジリンク(31a、32a、31b)を有する連結手段(30a、30b)によって一定の向きに保たれており、
3つ以上のリンクのうち2つのリンク(31a、32a)は、工作ヘッドと、それらがヒンジで取り付けられた第1のY往復台(33a)とで、X、Z方向によって規定される平面において変形可能な第1の平行四辺形を形成し、
3つ以上のリンクのうち少なくとも1つの他のリンク(31b)は、工作ヘッド(10)および第2のY往復台(33b)の双方にヒンジで取り付けられており、よって少なくとも1つのリンク(31b)、工作ヘッド(10)、および第2のY往復台(33b)によって形成されたヒンジ組立体は、X、Z方向によって規定される平面において変形可能であり、
第1のY往復台(33a)は、X軸と平行な方向に移動可能な第1のX往復台(20a)の上で、Y軸と平行な方向に移動可能であり、
第2のY往復台(33b)は、X軸と平行な方向に移動可能な第2のX往復台(20b)の上で、Y軸と平行な方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする工作装置。 - 少なくとも4つのヒンジリンク(31a、31b、32a、32b)を有し、このうち少なくとも2つのリンク(32a、32b)が、ヘッド(10)と、それらがヒンジで取り付けられた第2のY往復台(33b)とで、X、Z方向によって規定される平面において変形可能な第2のヒンジ平行四辺形を形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 工作ヘッド(10)のX軸沿いの位置は、両X往復台(20a、20b)の同時移動によって変更され、そして、工作ヘッド(10)のZ軸沿いの位置は、2つのX往復台(20a、20b)のお互いに対する相対運動によって変更されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の装置。
- 各リンク(31a、32a、31b、32b)は、そのヒンジ端部のそれぞれに少なくとも2つのU字形金具を有し、その軸は基本的にはY方向と平行であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- リンクの形状は台形で、短い底辺は工作ヘッド(10)にヒンジで取り付けられており、長い底辺はY往復台(33a;33b)にヒンジで取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 各X往復台(20a、20b)は、その上に摺動トラック(21a、22a、21b、22b)がY軸と平行に設置され、その上をY往復台が走るビーム(23a、23b)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- ビーム(23a、23b)は、本質的に三角形あるいは台形の閉じた断面を有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の装置。
- その上をY往復台(33a、33b)が走るビーム(23a、23b)の面は、垂直に対して45度以下で傾いていることを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の装置。
- X軸に沿っての移動のため、X往復台(20a、20b)が案内手段(26)を有する請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 工作ヘッド(10)は、軸を垂直なZ以外の方向に向けることができる工作機械用に、少なくとも1つのスピンドル(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 工作作業中に固定ワークピースを機械加工するための工作機械であり、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項記載の装置はトンネル(40)に配置され、ワークピースはその天井(43)に固定され、ここでX往復台(20a、20b)は、トンネル(40)の側壁(41、42)に固定されたX方向への案内手段(44)上に支持され、X軸に沿って移動するものであることを特徴とする工作機械。
- 工作装置が工作ゾーンの外へ延びるのを許容するため、トンネル(40)の長さは、最大のワークピース(104)の長さより大きいことを特徴とする請求項11記載の工作機械。
- チップ収集手段(105)に向け、トンネルの端部(123)の一方へ、ワークピース(104)の機械加工中に生じたチップを搬送するための手段(151)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項11または12記載の工作機械。
- トンネル(40)の天井(43)は、その上にワークピース(104)が保持されたテーブル(126)を受け入れ可能な開口(125)を有することを特徴とする請求項11〜13のいずれか1項記載の工作機械。
- テーブル(126)はリバーシブルであり、水平軸を中心に回転することを特徴とする請求項14記載の工作機械。
