Claims (16)
- 装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法であって、
装飾層と繊維強化コア層とからなり、該装飾層は、一つ以上の植物繊維あるいは加工された植物性繊維からなる装飾シートを有すると共にセルロースシートからなるバリアシートを有し、少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され、かつその熱硬化性樹脂が少なくとも部分的に硬化されてなり、該繊維強化コア層は、セルロースを含まない少なくとも一つの繊維強化シートとセルロース繊維からなる少なくとも一つのセルロースシートとを含み、少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され、かつ、その熱硬化性樹脂が少なくとも部分的に硬化されてなり、
成型時に圧密化される繊維強化コア層から、上記装飾シートを保護すべく上記装飾層のバリアシートが上記繊維強化コア層上に位置するように積み重ねて積み重ね体を形成し、 上記装飾層と上記繊維強化コア層との積み重ね体に、上記装飾層と反対側に位置して装飾用の第2の層を積み重ね、その第2の層は、一つ以上の装飾シートを有すると共にセルロースシートからなるバリアシートを有し、少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され、かつ、その熱硬化性樹脂が少なくとも部分的に硬化されるものであり、
加熱及び加圧下で、上記積み重ね体の上記装飾層と上記繊維強化コア層及び上記積み重ね体に積み重ねた装飾用の第2の層のそれぞれに含浸された熱硬化性樹脂を、同時に硬化させて、上記装飾用繊維強化積層体を形成することを特徴とする装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。 - 装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法であって、
装飾層と繊維強化コア層とからなり、該装飾層は、一つ以上の植物繊維あるいは加工された植物性繊維からなる装飾シートを有すると共にセルロースシートからなるバリアシートを有し、少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され、かつその熱硬化性樹脂が少なくとも部分的に硬化されてなり、該繊維強化コア層は、セルロースを含まない少なくとも一つの繊維強化シートとセルロース繊維からなる少なくとも一つのセルロースシートとを含み、少なくとも部分的に熱硬化性樹脂が含浸され、かつ、その熱硬化性樹脂が少なくとも部分的に硬化されてなり、
成型時に圧密化される繊維強化コア層から、上記装飾シートを保護すべく上記装飾層のバリアシートが上記繊維強化コア層上に位置するように積み重ねて積み重ね体を形成し、 上記装飾層と上記繊維強化コア層との積み重ね体に、上記繊維強化コア層に隣接してセルロース系の材料を有すると共に熱可塑性樹脂が含浸された支持層を上記積み重ね体を支持するために積み重ね、
加熱及び加圧下で、上記積み重ね体の上記装飾層と上記繊維強化コア層及び上記積み重ね体に積み重ねた支持層のそれぞれに含浸された熱硬化性樹脂を、同時に硬化させて、上記装飾用繊維強化積層体を形成することを特徴とする装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。 - 上記装飾層及び上記繊維強化コア層の少なくとも一層に、少なくとも部分的に含浸させる熱硬化性樹脂が、メラミン樹脂である請求項1又は2記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。
- 上記装飾層と上記繊維強化コア層との積み重ね体を硬化させる際に、
不連続プレス機のプレート間に上記積み重ね体を挿入し、その不連続プレスを用いて、積み重ね体に、110℃から170℃の範囲の温度、および3.4×106Pa(500psi)から1.1×107Pa(1600psi)の範囲の圧力を加え、
積層構造が形成されるまで上記不連続プレス機内で上記積み重ね体を加熱及び加圧させて保持する請求項1又は2記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。 - 上記装飾層と上記繊維強化コア層との積み重ね体を硬化させる際に、
連続熱硬化プレス機を、積み重ね体に2.1×106Pa(300psi)から6.9×106Pa(1000psi)の範囲の圧力と120℃より高い温度を加えるように設定し、
上記装飾層及び上記繊維強化コア層を上記連続熱硬化プレス機内に送り込み、それにより上記積み重ね体が上記プレス機の上流の位置から上記プレス機内に送り込まれ、

- 請求項1又は2記載の方法によって製造される装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 上記装飾層が、着色された一つ以上のセルロースシートを有する装飾シート上に、オーバレイ層を有する請求項7記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 上記装飾層が、装飾シート上に、一つ以上のセルロースシートを有し、少なくとも一つの上記セルロースシートは、その表面に現された模様を備える請求項7記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 上記装飾層が、装飾シート上に、一つ以上のα−セルロースシートからなるオーバレイ層を有する請求項7記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 上記装飾層が、研磨剤を含むトップコーティングを表面にさらに備える請求項10記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 上記バリアシートがセルロースである請求項7記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 上記装飾層及び繊維強化コア層の少なくとも一層に少なくとも部分的に含浸させる熱硬化性樹脂が、メラミン樹脂である請求項7記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 上記繊維強化コア層が、織り状のガラス繊維のシート、非織り状のガラス繊維のシート、裁断ガラス繊維シートの少なくとも一つ、またはこれらシートの組合せを、さらに含む請求項7記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 上記繊維強化シートが、ガラス繊維、グラファイト繊維、アラミド繊維、ホウ素繊維の少なくとも一つの繊維からなる請求項7記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体。
- 請求項1又は2記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法であって、
上記積み重ね体を不連続の熱硬化プレス機のプレート間に挿入することと、
熱硬化プレス機のプレート内部の上記積み重ね体に、3.4×106Pa(500psi)から1.1×107Pa(1600psi)の間の圧力を加えることと、
熱硬化プレス機内部の上記積み重ね体に110〜170℃の範囲の温度を加えることと、
上記積み重ね体より積層構造が形成されるまで、上記積み重ね体を、上記温度と圧力で加熱、加圧して熱硬化プレス機内に保持することと、
を含んだ硬化のステップを備える請求項1又は2記載の装飾用繊維強化積層体の製造方法。
