Description
図1は内視鏡用高周波処置具の全体構成を示し、図2はその先端部分を示しており、図示されていない内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱自在な可撓性外套管1は、例えば四フッ化エチレン樹脂チューブ等のような電気絶縁性の可撓性チューブ等で形成されている。
可撓性外套管1の基端が連結された操作部本体21の後端部には固定指掛け22が形成されて、操作部本体21にスライド自在に支持された可動指掛け23に操作ワイヤ7の基端が連結固定されている。

Claims (4)
- 内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルに挿脱自在な電気絶縁性の可撓性外套管内に挿通配置された導電性の操作ワイヤが、上記可撓性外套管の先端から前方に向かって進退自在に突出配置された棒状電極に接続された構成を有する内視鏡用高周波処置具において、
外力により屈曲自在な湾曲部を上記可撓性外套管の先端近傍部に形成すると共に、導電性の上記操作ワイヤを囲む状態に上記可撓性外套管内に挿通配置された電気絶縁性の操作用可撓性チューブの先端を上記湾曲部の先端付近に連結して、上記操作用可撓性チューブを基端側から操作することにより上記湾曲部が屈曲するようにしたことを特徴とする内視鏡用高周波処置具。 - 上記湾曲部が、上記可撓性外套管に側方から形成された複数の切り込みを備えている請求項1記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記操作用可撓性チューブを基端側から軸線方向に押し引き操作することにより上記湾曲部が屈曲する請求項2記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
- 上記操作用可撓性チューブが上記可撓性外套管の軸線位置より上記切り込み側に偏位した位置に配置されている請求項3記載の内視鏡用高周波処置具。
