Claims (18)
- 電気デバイス要素と、前記電気デバイス要素を包囲して配された外装フィルムとを有するフィルム外装電気デバイスにおいて、
前記電気デバイス要素の周囲を該電気デバイス要素の主面と接触することなく囲みつつ前記電気デバイス要素から延出している電極を固定して、前記電気デバイス要素を保持する枠部材が設けられ、
前記枠部材は前記電気デバイス要素の厚さよりも厚い第1の部分を有し、フィルム外装電気デバイス同士が積層されたときに、前記第1の部分同士が対向することで互いに隣り合う前記フィルム外装電気デバイス同士の間に空間が形成されることを特徴とするフィルム外装電気デバイス。 - 前記枠部材は、前記外装フィルム内に配置されている、請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記枠部材は、前記外装フィルム外に配置されている、請求項1に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記枠部材は、前記第1の部分よりも厚みが薄い第2の部分を有し、フィルム外装電気デバイス同士が積層されたときに、前記第2の部分同士が対向する部分に、前記空間と連通する開口が形成される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。

- 前記枠部材は2つの枠部に分割することができ、前記電気デバイス要素の周囲で前記外装フィルムの対向面同士が熱融着されて、前記電気デバイス要素を封止する熱融着領域が形成されており、前記2つの枠部の間に前記熱融着領域が挟み込まれている、請求項3に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 前記枠部材は、前記外装フィルムで密封された領域内の内圧が開放される際に放出されたガスを案内するためのガイド部を有する、請求項3に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス。
- 電気デバイス要素と前記電気デバイス要素を包囲して配された外装フィルムとを有するフィルム外装電気デバイスを保持する枠部材であって、
前記電気デバイス要素の周囲を該電気デバイス要素の主面と接触することなく囲みつつ前記電気デバイス要素から延出している電極を固定して、前記電気デバイス要素を保持する、枠部材。 - 前記電気デバイス要素の厚さよりも厚い第1の部分と、前記第1の部分よりも厚みが薄い第2の部分と、を有し、前記フィルム外装電気デバイス同士が積層されたときに、前記第1の部分同士が対向することで互いに隣り合う前記フィルム外装電気デバイス同士の間に空間が形成され、前記第2の部分同士が対向する部分に、前記空間と連通する開口が形成される、請求項8に記載の枠部材。
- 分割可能な2つの枠部を有し、前記外装フィルムの前記電気デバイス要素を封止する熱融着領域が前記2つの枠部の間に挟み込まれるようにされている、請求項8または9に記載の枠部材。
- 前記フィルム外装電気デバイスの前記外装フィルムで密封された領域内の内圧が開放される際に放出されたガスを案内するためのガイド部を有する、請求項8から10のいずれか1項に記載の枠部材。
- 電気デバイス要素と、前記電気デバイス要素を包囲して配された外装フィルムとを有するフィルム外装電気デバイスが、複数個積層され、容器内に収納されているフィルム外装電気デバイス収納システムであって、
複数の前記フィルム外装電気デバイスにはそれぞれ、前記電気デバイス要素の周囲を該電気デバイス要素の主面と接触することなく囲みつつ前記電気デバイス要素から延出している電極を固定して、前記電気デバイス要素を保持する枠部材が設けられ、
前記枠部材は前記電気デバイス要素の厚さよりも厚い第1の部分を有し、前記第1の部分同士が対向することで互いに隣り合う前記フィルム外装電気デバイス同士の間に空間が形成されていることを特徴とするフィルム外装電気デバイス収納システム。 - 前記枠部材は前記外装フィルム外に配置され、前記フィルム外装電気デバイスの前記外装フィルムで密封された領域内の内圧が開放される際に放出されたガスを案内するガイド部を有し、
前記容器は、前記ガイド部によって案内されてきたガスを少なくとも1箇所にまとめて前記容器外へと排出するダクトを有する、請求項12に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス収納システム。 - 複数の前記枠部材はそれぞれが同一箇所に前記ガイド部を有し、前記容器は、前記各ガイド部に対応する位置に前記ダクトを有する、請求項13に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス収納システム。
- 前記容器は、前記ダクトを前記容器の側壁に有する、請求項14に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス収納システム。
- 前記容器は、前記容器内に収納された最上段の前記枠部材を前記容器の底面に向けて押圧する押圧部を備えた蓋を有する、請求項12から15のいずれか1項に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス収納システム。
- 前記容器の側壁の頂部に形成された樹脂からなる複数の突起が、前記蓋の前記各突起に対応した位置に形成された各孔に挿通され、前記各突起の前記各孔から突出した部分が熱かしめによってかしめられることにより、前記蓋が前記容器に固定されている、請求項16に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス収納システム。
- 前記最上段の枠部材が前記押圧部によって所定の押圧力で押圧された状態で前記熱かしめがなされている、請求項17に記載のフィルム外装電気デバイス収納システム。
