Description
Claims (18)
- 生体に挿入される薄膜、及び
前記薄膜上に位置する一つ以上のセルを備え、
前記一つ以上のセルの各々は、前記生体内の光感応物質に光を照射する第1光源と第2光源とを備え、
前記第1光源は第1の波長を有する光を前記光感応物質に照射することにより前記生体内の神経細胞を活性化し、
前記第2光源は前記第1の波長と異なる第2の波長を有する光を前記光感応物質に照射することにより前記神経細胞を抑制し、
前記第1光源及び前記第2光源は、有機発光ダイオード、発光ダイオード、レーザーダイオードまたは垂直共振器面発光レーザーを備える光刺激装置。 - 前記一つ以上のセルの各々は、生体内に前記光感応物質を注入する注入器を更に備える請求項1に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記一つ以上のセルの各々は、生体から電気信号を検出する電極を更に備える請求項1に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記薄膜の厚さは、約1mm以下である請求項1に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記一つ以上のセルの各々の大きさは、約5mm以下である請求項1に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記一つ以上のセルは、互いに離間している複数個のセルからなる請求項1に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記薄膜の表面は曲面形状である請求項6に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記一つ以上のセルは、アレイ状に配列された複数個のセルからなる請求項1に記載の光刺激装置。
- 生体に挿入される薄膜と、
前記薄膜上に位置し、前記生体内の光感応物質に光を照射する一つ以上の第1光源と、
前記薄膜上に位置し、前記光感応物質に光を照射する一つ以上の第2光源と、を備え、
前記一つ以上の第1光源は第1の波長を有する光を前記光感応物質に照射することにより前記生体内の神経細胞を活性化し、
前記一つ以上の第2光源は前記第1の波長と異なる第2の波長を有する光を前記光感応物質に照射することにより前記神経細胞を抑制し、
前記第1光源及び前記第2光源は、有機発光ダイオード、発光ダイオード、レーザーダイオードまたは垂直共振器面発光レーザーを備える光刺激装置。
光刺激装置。 - 前記一つ以上の第1光源は、アレイ状に配列された複数個の第1光源からなる請求項9に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記薄膜上に位置し、生体内に前記光感応物質を注入する一つ以上の注入器を更に備える請求項9に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記一つ以上の第1光源は、アレイ状に配列された複数個の第1光源からなり、前記一つ以上の注入器は、アレイ状に配列された複数個の注入器からなり、
前記複数個の注入器の各々の間に一つ以上の前記第1光源が位置する請求項11に記載の光刺激装置。 - 前記一つ以上の第1光源の各々は、穴が開けられた円板形状を有し、
前記一つ以上の第2光源は前記一つ以上の第1光源の各々の中に位置する請求項9に記載の光刺激装置。 - 前記一つ以上の第2光源の各々は、穴が開けられた円板形状を有し、
前記一つ以上の第2光源の各々の中に位置し、生体から電気信号を検出する一つ以上の電極を更に備える請求項13に記載の光刺激装置。 - 前記薄膜の厚さは、約1mm以下である請求項9に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記第1光源の大きさは、約5mm以下である請求項9に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記一つ以上の第1光源は、互いに離間した複数個の第1光源からなる請求項9に記載の光刺激装置。
- 前記薄膜の表面は曲面形状である請求項17に記載の光刺激装置。
