Description
表面が操作面である透明パネルと、前記透明パネルの裏面であって透明入力領域に形成された透明電極と、前記裏面であって前記透明入力領域の周囲を囲む加飾領域に形成された非透光性の加飾層と、前記加飾層の表面に形成された配線層と、前記配線層と前記透明電極との間を電気的に接続する透明導電接続層と、を有し、
前記透明導電接続層は、透明導電インクを塗布あるいは印刷して形成されたものであることを特徴とするものである。
表面が操作面である透明パネルの裏面であって透明入力領域に透明電極を形成する工程、
前記透明基材の前記裏面であって前記透明入力領域の周囲を囲む加飾領域に非透光性の加飾層を形成する工程、
前記加飾層の表面に配線層を形成する工程、
前記配線層と前記透明電極との間に透明導電インクを塗布あるいは印刷して、前記透明導電インクからなる透明導電接続層により前記配線層と前記透明電極との間を電気的に接続する工程、
を有することを特徴とするものである。
本発明では、前記透明電極に透明絶縁層を介して第2の透明電極が積層されている構成にできる。また本発明では、前記第2の透明電極は、前記加飾層の表面に形成された第2の配線層と第2の透明導電接続層により電気的に接続されていることが好ましい。
また本発明では、前記透明電極は、ITOであることが好ましい。また本発明では、前記加飾層と前記配線層との間に絶縁層が形成されている構成にできる。また、前記入力装置は、静電容量式タッチパネルであることが好ましい。
図5(a)の工程では、透明パネル5の第1の面5aに透明電極4を形成する。本実施形態では透明パネル5の材質を特に限定するものでない。透明パネル5の第1の面5aは平坦面であるが、操作面9側は平坦でなくてもよい。また、透明パネル5は筐体の一部を構成していてもよい。

Claims (13)
- 表面が操作面である透明パネルと、前記透明パネルの裏面であって透明入力領域に形成された透明電極と、前記裏面であって前記透明入力領域の周囲を囲む加飾領域に形成された非透光性の加飾層と、前記加飾層の表面に形成された配線層と、前記配線層と前記透明電極との間を電気的に接続する透明導電接続層と、を有し、
前記透明導電接続層は、透明導電インクを塗布あるいは印刷して形成されたものであることを特徴とする入力装置。 - 前記透明導電インクは、PEDOT含有インクである請求項1記載の入力装置。
- 前記透明電極は、1層構造で構成される請求項1又は2に記載の入力装置。
- 前記透明電極に透明絶縁層を介して第2の透明電極が積層されている請求項1又は2に記載の入力装置。
- 前記第2の透明電極は、前記加飾層の表面に形成された第2の配線層と第2の透明導電接続層により電気的に接続されている請求項4記載の入力装置。
- 前記透明電極は、ITOである請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
- 前記加飾層と前記配線層との間に絶縁層が形成されている請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
- 前記入力装置は、静電容量式タッチパネルである請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置。
- 表面が操作面である透明パネルの裏面であって透明入力領域に透明電極を形成する工程、
前記透明基材の前記裏面であって前記透明入力領域の周囲を囲む加飾領域に非透光性の加飾層を形成する工程、
前記加飾層の表面に配線層を形成する工程、
前記配線層と前記透明電極との間に透明導電インクを塗布あるいは印刷して、前記透明導電インクからなる透明導電接続層により前記配線層と前記透明電極との間を電気的に接続する工程、
を有することを特徴とする入力装置の製造方法。 - 前記透明導電インクに、PEDOT含有インクを用いる請求項9記載の入力装置の製造方法。
- 前記裏面に前記透明電極を1層構造により形成する請求項9又は10に記載の入力装置の製造方法。
- 前記透明電極を、ITOで形成する請求項9ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置の製造方法。
- 前記入力装置は、静電容量式タッチパネルである請求項9ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の入力装置の製造方法。
