Claims (1)
- 自動車排ガスコンバータとして利用され、内壁面に白金族触媒を担持するアルミナ層がコートされたハニカム構造体を、破砕機又はハンマによって圧縮力又は衝撃力を与えて1次破砕を行い粒子とし、白金族触媒を担持するアルミナ層を外表面に露出させ、
1次破砕で得られた粒子同士を水中又は空気中で衝突させて2次破砕を行い、1次破砕で得られた粒子の基材であるハニカム構造体をほとんど破壊せずに、1次破砕で得られた粒子表面にコートされたアルミナ層のみを剥離させることにより、ハニカム構造体に比べ、アルミナ層を優先的に微粒子化し、
2次破砕により得られた粒子の中から微粒子化したアルミナ微粒子のみを篩い分けスクリーンにより回収することにより、アルミナ微粒子に担持した白金族触媒の濃縮をすることを特徴とする自動車排ガスコンバータから白金族触媒を濃縮する方法。
