Description
2つの開放した端部を有し、患者に投与されるべき流体を含んでいる筒状本体と、
プランジャであって、この端部の一方に、筒状本体内に滑動可能に取り付けられたピストンを有し、筒状本体の第1端部の開口を通過するプランジャと、
例えば針または輸液ラインに連結するための、ルアまたはルア・ロック型の、円錐の形態の連結用先端部であって、投与されるべき流体を通過させることを目的とし、第2端部の開口と連通している筒状部分を備えている連結用先端部と、を備えており、
先端部は、この筒状部分の自由端部に脆弱区域によって連結された閉鎖具を備え、注射器は合成材料で作成され、成形によって製作され、閉鎖具は、先端部および筒状本体とともに1つの部片として成形され、注射器は先端部上に取り付けられたキャップを備えている、予備充填式皮下注射器について述べている。
したがって、本発明は、簡単に、余分の費用なしで殺菌することができ、注射器の内容物が殺菌の影響を受けず、注射器が完全な漏れ止めをもたらすとともに、閉鎖具と先端部とが効率的に分離されることを可能にする注射器を利用可能にすることによって、以上の欠点を克服することを模索するものである。
Claims (6)
- 合成材料の成形による予備充填式皮下注射器において、
第1の開放端部(2)と第2の開放端部(3)を有し、患者に投与されるべき流体を含んでいる筒状本体(1)と、
プランジャ(6)であって、この一方の端部で、前記筒状本体(1)内で滑動可能に取り付けられたピストン(4)を有し、前記筒状本体の前記第1の開放端部(2)の開口を通過するプランジャ(6)と、
例えば針または輸液ラインに連結するための、ルア・ロック型の円錐の形態の連結用先端部(9)であって、投与されるべき流体を通過させることを目的とし、前記第2の開放端部(3)の前記開口と連通している筒状部分(10)および筒状部分(10)を包囲するネジ山付部分(11)を備えている連結用先端部(9)とを備え、
前記連結用先端部(9)は、脆弱区域(14)によって前記筒状部分(10)の自由端部に連結された閉鎖部(13)を備え、
前記閉鎖具(13)は、前記連結用先端部(9)および前記筒状本体(1)とともに1つの部片として成形され、
前記連結用先端部(9)上にキャップ(15)が取り付けられている、皮下注射器であって、
前記キャップ(15)は、ネジ山付部分(11)の外側壁(18)と係合するスカート(17)と、前記閉鎖具(13)と係合し、一致した形状を有することによって、回転結合を形成するように前記閉鎖具(13)と協働する中空スタブ(20)を有して、前記キャップ(15)のこの長手軸のまわりの回転によって、前記脆弱区域(14)を破裂させるように前記閉鎖具(13)が回転し、前記キャップ(15)は、殺菌用流体を通過させるための少なくとも1つのオリフィス(25)を有していることを特徴とする、皮下注射器。 - 前記連結用先端部(9)の前記筒状部分(10)と前記閉鎖具(13)との間の接合部は、前記閉鎖部(13)と前記連結用先端部(9)の前記筒状部分(10)の前記自由端部との間の連結線に沿った材料の環状の菲薄化部(14)によって形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の皮下注射器。
- 前記キャップ(15)は端壁(16)を有し、端壁(16)から中空スタブ(20)が突き出ていることを特徴とする、請求項1および2の一項に記載の皮下注射器。
- 前記閉鎖具(13)と前記中空スタブ(20)は、一致した多角形状、例えば六角形状を有していることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の皮下注射器。
- 前記キャップ(15)は、溶接または接着によって閉鎖具(13)に固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1および2の一項に記載の皮下注射器。
- 前記キャップ(15)は、前記注射器の前記筒状本体(1)のところまで延在するスカート(17)を有し、前記注射器の前記筒状本体(1)に向けて位置付けられた前記スカートの一部分(19)は、前記スカートの一部分(19)の長さの少なくとも一部にわたって、前記注射器の前記筒状本体(1)と実質的に同じ断面を有すること、前記キャップ(15)は、部分的に前記注射器の前記筒状本体(1)に、また部分的に前記キャップ(15)の前記スカート(17、19)に延在する異物混入防止リング(26)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5の一項に記載の皮下注射器。
