Description
濃硫酸処理によりケナフから単離した乾燥フェノール化リグニン粉末(平均粒子径5〜10μm)と、常温で液状のトリメチロールプロパン型エポキシ硬化剤(ナガセケムテックス社製商品名:デナコールEX−321)とを2:1の割合で混合し、これに硬化促進剤としてDBU脂肪酸塩系触媒(サンアプロ社製 商品名:U−CAT5002)を少量(バインダ全量に対して1重量%)添加し、卓上真空押出し機(宮崎鉄工社製 商品名:FM−P)にて原料温度を約40〜60℃に保ちながら回転数60rpmにて混練し、粘土状バインダを作製した。得られた粘土状バインダから約6g取り分けたものをコールドプレスし、繊維シートより1周り小さい大きさの楕円形シート状バインダとした。これを縦120mm、横120mm、目付け900g/m2 のケナフ繊維シートで上下から挟み込むように積層し、当該積層体をコールドプレスして、樹脂率60重量%のプリプレグを得た。そして、このプリプレグ1枚を温度180℃、圧力20kg/cm2 で3分間ホットプレスして、厚さ1.8mmの平板状の繊維ボードを得た。
曲げ強さ:JIS R1663に基づいて測定
曲げ弾性率:JIS K6911に基づいて測定
アイゾット衝撃:JIS K7062に基づいて測定

Claims (4)
- 粉状フェノール化リグニンに液状硬化剤を練り込んで粘土状のフェノール化リグニン樹脂とし、当該粘土状のフェノール化リグニン樹脂をバインダとして繊維シートに付与したものをプレスする繊維成形体の製造方法。
- 前記粘土状のフェノール化リグニン樹脂を前記繊維シートに非加熱プレスによって含浸させたプリプレグとし、当該プリプレグをホットプレスにて所定形状に本成形する請求項1に記載の繊維成形体の製造方法。
- 前記プリプレグは、前記粘土状のフェノール化リグニン樹脂をシート状にして前記繊維シートに積層したうえで非加熱プレスすることで得られる請求項2に記載の繊維成形体の製造方法。
- 前記粘土状のフェノール化リグニン樹脂を、2枚の前記繊維シートで上下から挟み込んでプレスする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載の繊維成形体の製造方法。
