Claims (8)
- 基材を供給する;
基材の一表面上にカルボキシル基の表面改質層を形成、ここで表面改質層の形成のための工程は、モノマーとしてアルキルシラザン化合物を使用するプラズマ重合およびモノマーとしてアルケン酸化合物を使用するグラフト重合を含み、前記グラフト重合は前記プラズマ重合の後に実施される;および
多数の生体分子を供給しおよび生体分子を表面改質層と結合する
:ことを含む、生体分子固定化のための方法。 - 生体分子が表面改質層と、カップリング活性化剤の存在下で結合される、請求項1で請求される方法。
- カップリング活性化剤がN−(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)−N'−エチルカルボジイミドである、請求項2で請求される方法。
- 基材がその一表面上に金属薄膜を有し、および表面改質層が金属薄膜上に形成される、請求項1で請求される方法。
- 金属薄膜が金薄膜または銀薄膜である、請求項4で請求される方法。
- プラズマ重合のために使用されるモノマーがヘキサメチルジシラザンである、請求項1で請求される方法。
- グラフト重合がUV光下で実施される、請求項1で請求される方法。
- グラフト重合のために使用されるモノマーがアクリル酸化合物である、請求項1で請求される方法。
