Claims (17)
- 窓パッケージ(6)及び押付フレーム(25、36)を収容するための窓枠(2、34、40)を有する、航空機外板(4)の窓切欠(3)への挿入用の窓部材(1)であって、
前記窓枠(2、34、40)が、前記窓切欠(3)の領域における外板(4)の内側部分(5)に取り付けられ、
前記押付フレーム(25、36)を取り付けるために、1つ以上の押付フレーム取付具(14)が、前記窓枠(2、34、40)及び外板(4)に接続され、
前記窓枠(2、34、40)が基本的にL字状又は矩形状の幾何学的断面形状を有し、
1つの以上の前記押付フレーム取付具(14)が、前記窓パッケージ(6)に対する停止面(16)を有する、窓部材。 - 前記窓枠(2、34、40)は、リベット留めにより、前記外板(4)の内側部分(5)に取り付けら、
1つの以上の前記押付フレーム取付具(14)は、リベット留めにより、前記窓枠(2、34、40)及び外板(4)に接続される、請求項1に記載の窓部材(1)。 - 1つの以上の前記押付フレーム取付具(14)は、一体物で形成され、1つ以上の接続要素(15)を備え、前記1つ以上の接続要素が、前記窓枠(2、34、40)に対して基本的に垂直に配置された、請求項1又は2に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記1つ以上の接続要素(15)は、1つ以上のネジ付ステーボルトである、請求項3に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 1つの以上の前記押付フレーム取付具(14)は、いずれの場合も、2つ以上の接続要素(11乃至13)を用いて、前記窓枠(2、34、40)及び外板(4)に接続される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記2つ以上の接続要素(11乃至13)は、2つ以上のリベットである、請求項5に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 2つの以上の前記押付フレーム取付具(14)は、基本的に互いに等距離をもって離間して、前記窓枠(2、34、40)上に配置される、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記窓パッケージ(6)は、内側の窓ガラス(22)及び外側の窓ガラス(23)を備え、前記内側の窓ガラス(22)及び前記外側の窓ガラス(23)が窓シール部(24)によって囲まれた、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 1つ以上の前記押付フレーム取付具(14)の停止面(16)は、窓シール部(24)の外面(33)に対してほぼ平行であり、前記窓枠(2、34、40)に対して基本的に垂直に延びる、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記窓枠(2、34、40)が、前記窓パッケージ(6)に対する周方向の支持面(21、35、41)を備える、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 支持面(21、35、41)が円錐面状である、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記押付フレーム(25、36)が、少なくとも1つの接続要素を通すための1つ以上のリセス(27)を備える、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記リセス(27)はドリル孔である、請求項12に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記窓パッケージ(6)は、1つ以上の取付要素を用いて、前記押付フレーム(25、36)を介して前記窓枠(2、34、40)に張力をかけられ、前記取付要素が1つ以上の接続要素上に配置される、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記取付要素は、1つ以上のネジ付ナット(28)を用いて、1つ以上の接続要素上に配置される、請求項14に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 前記窓枠(2、34、40)、押付フレーム(25、36)及び窓シール部(24)が、前記窓パッケージ(6)の換気用の空洞(31、39)を形成する、請求項1から15のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
- 窓シール部(24)が、外側の窓ガラス(23)の換気用の通気ダクト(30)を少なくとも1つ備える、請求項1から16のいずれか1項に記載の窓部材(1)。
