Claims (5)
- ガス燃料を主燃料とし、燃料供給源からのガス燃料を燃料供給弁へと供給するための燃料通路上にガス圧力調整弁が設けられたガスエンジンの出力を制御するガスエンジンの制御装置であって、
ガス燃料のガス元圧が、出力に応じて定まる圧力値未満であるときに、当該出力よりも低い出力を目標値として設定する目標値設定部と、
前記目標値設定部により設定された前記目標値に基づいて、出力の設定値を設定する設定値設定部と、
前記設定値設定部により設定された前記設定値となるよう出力を制御する出力制御部と、
出力の低下に応じて給気圧を低下させるよう制御する給気圧制御部と、
前記給気圧に応じて前記ガス圧力調整弁の開度を制御し、それにより前記ガス圧力調整弁と前記燃料供給弁との間のガス機関入口圧力を前記給気圧よりも高い値となるよう制御するガス圧制御部と、を備え、
前記給気圧制御部は、出力が上昇するほど給気圧が大きくなるように給気圧を制御し、
前記ガス圧制御部は、前記給気圧に第1所定値を加算した値となるようにガス機関入口圧力を制御し、
前記出力に応じて定まる圧力値が、前記ガス機関入口圧力よりも第2所定値だけ高い圧力値であることを特徴とするガスエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記目標値設定部が、
ガス元圧に応じて出力の一次目標値を設定する一次設定部と、
前記一次設定部により設定された前記一次目標値の変化率を許容変化率と比較し、前記許容変化率を超えるときに、前記目標値を前記許容変化率に従って変化させるべく定められた二次目標値を前記目標値として設定する二次設定部と、
を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガスエンジンの制御装置。 - 前記二次設定部は、前記一次目標値が大きくなるよう変化したときには、前記一次目標値の変化率を第1の前記許容変化率と比較し、前記一次目標値が小さくなるよう変化したときには、前記一次目標値の変化率を前記第1の許容変化率よりも大きい第2の前記許容変化率と比較することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のガスエンジンの制御装置。
- 前記設定値設定部は、出力の要求値と、前記目標値設定部により設定された前記目標値とを比較し、前記目標値が前記要求値を下回るときには前記目標値に応じて前記設定値を設定し、前記目標値が前記要求値を上回るときには前記要求値に応じて前記設定値を設定することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガスエンジンの制御装置。
- ガス燃料を主燃料とし、燃料供給源からのガス燃料を燃料供給弁へと供給するための燃料通路上にガス圧力調整弁が設けられたガスエンジンの出力を制御する方法であって、
ガス燃料のガス元圧を検出する元圧検出ステップと、
前記元圧検出ステップにおいて検出されたガス元圧が出力に応じて定まる圧力値未満であるときに、当該出力よりも低い出力を目標値として設定する目標値設定ステップと、
前記目標値設定ステップにおいて設定された前記目標値に基づいて、出力の設定値を設定する設定値設定ステップと、
前記設定値設定ステップにおいて設定された前記設定値となるよう出力を制御する出力制御ステップと、
出力の低下に応じて給気圧を低下させるよう制御する給気圧制御ステップと、
給気圧に応じて前記ガス圧力調整弁の開度を制御し、それにより前記ガス圧力調整弁と前記燃料供給弁との間のガス機関入口圧力を前記給気圧よりも高い値となるよう制御するガス圧制御ステップと、を有し、
前記給気圧制御ステップにおいて、出力が上昇するほど給気圧が大きくなるように給気圧を制御し、
前記ガス圧制御ステップにおいて、前記給気圧に第1所定値を加算した値となるようにガス機関入口圧力を制御し、
前記出力に応じて定まる圧力値が、前記ガス機関入口圧力よりも第2所定値だけ高い圧力値であることを特徴とするガスエンジンの制御方法。
