Claims (4)
- 結晶化度が95%以上である高結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂と、結晶化度が95%未満である低結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂と、ポリ1−ブテン樹脂と、SP値が7.5以上8.5以下である部分架橋オレフィン系ゴムと、SP値が7.5以上8.5以下である非架橋オレフィン系ゴムと、鉱物性オイルと、シリコンオイルとが配合されてなる操作部材用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物であって、
上記高結晶性及び低結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂のトータル配合量が、7質量%以上25質量%以下に設定され、
上記高結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂の配合量が、上記高結晶性及び低結晶性ポリプロピレン樹脂のトータル配合量に対して質量百分率で50%以上70%以下に設定され、
上記ポリ1−ブテン樹脂の配合量が、10質量%以上35質量%以下に設定され、
上記非架橋オレフィン系ゴムが、プロピレンブテンゴムであることを特徴とする操作部材用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 - 請求項1記載の操作部材用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物において、
部分架橋及び非架橋オレフィン系ゴムの粒径が0.1μm以上であることを特徴とする操作部材用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物。 - 請求項1又は2記載の操作部材用熱可塑性エラストマー組成物を成形してなる成形部材であって、
部分架橋及び非架橋オレフィン系ゴムからなるゴム粒子の粒径が0.1μm以上であり、部材表面部に位置する該ゴム粒子の最大粒径が3μm以下であることを特徴とする成形部材。 - 車両用操作部材であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の成形部材。
