Description
これが起きるメカニズムは以下のとおりである。
・二次側電源供給を、充電出力と別系統にする。つまり、充電出力が低下しても、二次側電源供給が途絶えないような回路構成にする。例えば、充電出力については、上記の従来技術のように定電圧充電となるように、フィードバックをかけるが、二次側電源供給については、充電出力に利用するトランスとは、別のトランスから常に出力を得るようにする。これにより、充電出力が停止、間欠発振しても、二次側電源供給を行うことができるので、二次側のマイコン、IC等は引き続き利用することができる。これにより、マイコンのシャットダウン等は発生しない。
・高精度で電圧検出できる素子を用い、充電出力電圧と電池電圧を比較し、充電出力電圧より電池電圧のほうが高い場合には充電開始しないようにする。
しかし、いずれの対策にしても、回路部品が追加になったり、高価な部品を使用する必要があった。

Claims (1)
- 2次電池を電圧と電流のフィードバック回路を用いて定電流・定電圧充電により充電を行う充電用電源を利用し、前記充電用電源と前記2次電池との間に前記フィードバック回路の電圧測定点を備え、前記2次電池の端子電圧が前記フィードバック回路の電圧測定点に印加される充電回路を利用する2次電池の充電方法であって、
充電開始時に、前記充電用電源からの電力供給をオンオフしてパルス充電を行い、充電電流が所定値以下のとき、前記2次電池が満充電であるとして、充電を停止し、満充電でないとき、前記充電用電源の電力を供給して充電し、
前記パルス充電の時間が、5m秒以上500m秒以下であることを特徴とする二次電池の充電方法。
