Description
Claims (1)
- 円筒部を構成する第1ピストン部材に、底部を構成する第2ピストン部材が軸方向に微少量相対移動可能に嵌め合わされた自動変速機用ピストンであって、
前記第1ピストン部材には、軸方向の一方の端部に径方向に平行な径方向面を有する嵌合溝が形成され、
前記第2ピストン部材には周方向の長爪が形成されており、
該長爪は、先端部が該長爪の基部に対して軸方向に突き出すように曲げられるとともに、該先端部に前記第1ピストン部材の嵌合溝に嵌合して該嵌合溝の前記径方向面に当接させられる嵌合爪が形成され、
前記第1ピストン部材と前記第2ピストン部材とは、該第1ピストン部材に形成された周方向の溝にスナップリングが嵌め合わせられることによって一体化させられており、
前記第2ピストン部材には、該第2ピストン部材の縁と前記スナップリングの縁とが径方向において重なる位置に、該スナップリングとは反対側に凹む凹部が形成されている
ことを特徴とする自動変速機用ピストン。
