Claims (9)
- 滅菌液体培地中で生細胞を培養するためのバイオリアクターであって、
細胞及び滅菌液体培地を含む少なくとも1個の定置タンクと、
容器の底に単独の大きな気泡を導入するための少なくとも1つの手段と
を含み、
単独の大泡の幅がタンク幅の98.5〜99%となるバイオリアクター。 - 単独の大泡の体積が少なくとも65cm3である、請求項1に記載のバイオリアクター。
- バイオリアクターが少なくとも大泡の体積及び頻度をプログラミングするための手段も含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバイオリアクター。
- タンクが、柔軟性がある又はないプラスチック袋である、請求項1から3までに記載のバイオリアクター。
- 定置タンクが硬い外側容器によって囲まれている、請求項1から4までに記載のバイオリアクター。
- タンクの上部が広げられている、請求項1から5までに記載のバイオリアクター。
- タンクが円柱状又は楕円形の断面を有している、請求項1から6までに記載のバイオリアクター。
- 細胞が植物、動物細胞又は微生物である、請求項1から7までに記載のバイオリアクターの使用。
