Description
(1)回転軸にリング状のディスク材を複数枚嵌挿させ、前記ディスク材の外周面により搬送面を形成してなるディスクロールの前記ディスク材を得るための板状の成形体であって、
結晶化温度が800〜900℃である無機繊維と、充填材と、粘土とを含有することを特徴とするディスクロール用基材。
(2)前記無機繊維が生体溶解性繊維であることを特徴とする上記(1)記載のディスクロール用基材。
(3)前記生体溶解性繊維がリン酸塩、モリブデン化合物、亜鉛化合物、ポリアミジン化合物またはエチレンイミン化合物で被覆されていることを特徴とする上記(2)記載のディスクロール用基材。
(4)前記無機繊維の含有量が基材全量の5〜40質量%であることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)の何れか1項に記載のディスクロール用基材。
(5)上記(1)〜(4)の何れか1項に記載のディスクロール用基材からなるリング状のディスク材を、回転軸に複数枚嵌挿させ、前記ディスク材の外周面により搬送面を形成したことを特徴とするディスクロール。
(6)800℃においてロール表面に10kgf/cmの荷重を負荷したときの弾性変形量が0.05〜0.3mmであることを特徴とする上記(5)記載のディスクロール。

表1に示した原料を配合した水性スラリーを調製し、通常の抄造法により乾燥後の寸法が100mm×100mm×6mmのディスクロール用基材を抄造した。尚、無機繊維Aはアルミノシリケート繊維(SiO2:Al2O3=45〜55:45〜55質量%)であり、無機繊維BはSiO2 75〜80質量%、CaO+MgO 19〜25質量%、Al2O3 1〜3質量%を含み、結晶化温度860℃であり、40℃における生理食塩水溶解率が5.9%の生体溶解性繊維である。

Claims (7)
- 回転軸にリング状のディスク材を複数枚嵌挿させ、前記ディスク材の外周面により搬送面を形成してなるディスクロールの前記ディスク材を得るための基材であって、
結晶化温度が800〜900℃である無機繊維と、充填材と、粘土とを含有し、
前記無機繊維の含有量が20〜40質量%であることを特徴とするディスクロール用基材。 - 充填材が、タルク、アルミナ粉末、シリカ粉末、高精製されたワラストナイト、非可塑性のカオリナイト、マイカ及びバーミキュライトから選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のディスクロール用基材。
- 充填材が、タルク、アルミナ粉末、シリカ粉末、非可塑性のカオリナイト、マイカ及びバーミキュライトから選択されることを特徴とする請求項2記載のディスクロール用基材。
- 前記無機繊維が生体溶解性繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載のディスクロール用基材。
- 前記生体溶解性繊維がリン酸塩、モリブデン化合物、亜鉛化合物、ポリアミジン化合物またはエチレンイミン化合物で被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載のディスクロール用基材。
- 請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載のディスクロール用基材からなるリング状のディスク材を、回転軸に複数枚嵌挿させ、前記ディスク材の外周面により搬送面を形成したことを特徴とするディスクロール。
- 800℃においてロール表面に10kgf/cmの荷重を負荷したときの圧縮変形量が0.05〜0.3mmであることを特徴とする請求項6記載のディスクロール。
