Claims (4)
- 転炉炉口上方のフードと一体的に構成されるシール床にその上端が固定され、該シール床から垂下して設置された水冷構造または耐火・耐熱構造の円筒壁と、
該円筒壁と前記炉口との間に設置され、該円筒壁と前記フードとの間隙を上下動可能な水冷構造のスカートと、
該スカート上端部の冷却水ヘッダの上部に、前記円筒壁と摺動可能な間隙を保持して設置された円筒形シール板と、
該円筒形シール板の前記フード側に設置され、炉内で発生するダスト及び炉内からの飛来物の安息角以上の角度の傾斜面で形成される耐火・断熱材の耐火物施工体と、を具備する転炉排ガス処理設備におけるスカートのシール構造であって、
前記円筒壁と前記円筒形シール板とでスカートとフードとの間をシールすることを特徴とする、転炉排ガス処理設備におけるスカートのシール構造。 - 更に、前記フードと前記円筒壁との間隙の雰囲気圧力を測定するための圧力検出手段を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の転炉排ガス処理設備におけるスカートのシール構造。
- 更に、前記フードと前記円筒壁との間隙に不活性ガスを吹き込むための不活性ガス吹き込み手段を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の転炉排ガス処理設備におけるスカートのシール構造。
- 転炉への酸素ガスの供給開始時、酸素ガスの供給終了時及び酸素ガスの供給終了後の少なくとも3回の時期に、不活性ガスを自動的にまたは手動操作により供給し且つ停止する不活性ガス吹き込み制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の転炉排ガス処理設備におけるスカートのシール構造。
