Description
PO4)を含む放射性廃液の固化処理方法に関する。
、固化容器1中の放射性廃液は温度が20℃〜80℃程度、より好ましく温度が20℃〜40℃程度であることが確認される。放射性廃液の温度が高すぎる場合には、混練工程で十分な混練を行うことができないまま急激に固化してしまうこととなるので、このように放射性廃液の温度を室温程度とすることが望ましい。
ステップS103の混練工程では、このような結晶が生成されるに伴い、固化容器1内の放射性廃液が徐々に粘度を増し固化体となる。混練工程では、放射性廃液に規定量の酸化マグネシウム添加後、さらに10分間程度の混練を行うことが好ましい。
0%であることが理想的である。固化体内のNaH2PO4の割合が、重量比で50%を超える場合には、混練工程において混練物の粘性が増加する原因となるからである。

Claims (5)
- リン酸二水素ナトリウムを含む放射性廃液に酸化マグネシウムを添加しつつ混練する工程を有することを特徴とする放射性廃液の固化処理方法。
- 添加する酸化マグネシウムは酸化マグネシウム軽質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性廃液の固化処理方法。
- 添加する酸化マグネシウムは酸化マグネシウム重質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の放射性廃液の固化処理方法。
- 添加する酸化マグネシウムと放射性廃液中のリン酸二水素ナトリウムの比が、モル比換算(MgO/NaH2PO4)で0.5〜1.0であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の放射性廃液の固化処理方法。
- 酸化マグネシウムを添加するときの放射性廃液の温度を20℃〜80℃とすることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の放射性廃液の固化処理方法。
