Description
Claims (4)
- 動脈瘤の細胞に炎症性応答を起こさせて創傷の治癒作用を促すことにより動脈瘤の治療に使用するための血管内装置であって、
分離可能なコイルと、当該コイルと連結されていて当該コイルを動脈瘤中に配置する血管内配置装置とを備えてなり、
前記分離可能なコイルは、その少なくとも一部が、ポリグリコール酸とポリ−L−乳酸との共重合体、ポリカプロラクティブ、ポリヒドロキシブチレートとヒドロキシバレレートとの共重合体、ポリ−L−ラクチド、ポリジオキサノン、ポリカーボネートおよびポリ酸無水物からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の生物適合性でかつ生物分解性の重合体で構成され、かつ、少なくとも一部に成長因子を有して構成されており、動脈瘤中に配置されたとき、動脈瘤の細胞に対する刺激により当該細胞に炎症性応答を起こさせてその創傷の治癒作用を続いて促すような制御された刺激を動脈瘤の細胞に与えるよう構成されている
ことを特徴とする血管内装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管内装置において、
前記成長因子が血管内皮細胞成長因子、塩基性繊維芽細胞成長因子またはその混合物からなる群から選択される一つである
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管内装置において、
前記コイルが前記生物適合性でかつ生物分解性の重合体および前記成長因子を有して構成され、その上に放射線不透過性材料が配置されている
ことを特徴とする装置。 - 請求項1に記載の血管内装置において、
前記コイルが放射線不透過性材料で構成され、その上に前記生物適合性でかつ生物分解性の重合体および前記成長因子が配置されている
ことを特徴とする装置。
