Description
Claims (11)
- IV洗浄注射器組立体であって、
流体を保持するための小室を画成する内側表面を有する円筒側壁と、開放した近位端と、遠位壁を有する遠位端とを含み、前記遠位壁はそこから遠位へ延びる細長い先端を有し、前記細長い先端はこれを貫通して前記小室と流体連通する通路を有する筒と、
近位端と、遠位端と、前記筒の前記内側表面と液密係合で滑動自在に配置されたストッパとを有する細長い本体部分を含むピストンであって、前記ストッパを前記筒に対して移動させることによって流体を前記小室の中に引き込み、かつそこから流体を排出するようになっており、前記細長い本体部分は前記筒の前記開放した近位端から外部に突出し、前記ストッパは遠位表面を有するピストンと、
前記小室から流体を送出することが完了し且つ前記ストッパが前記遠位壁に接触しているときにストッパの撓みを制御する前記筒の中の逆流防止手段とを備え、
前記逆流防止手段は、前記通路を包囲する前記遠位壁の前記内側表面の上に環状の突起部を含み、前記突起部は、前記突起部を包囲する前記遠位壁の前記内側表面の一部が前記ストッパの前記遠位表面に接触する前に、それが前記ストッパの前記遠位表面に接触して前記通路を封止するように配置されることを特徴とする注射器組立体。 - 前記遠位壁の前記内側表面は円錐形状であり、前記環状の突起部は前記内側表面から立ち上がることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記逆流防止手段は、円錐形状でありかつ前記環状の突起部に向かって突出する、前記ストッパの前記遠位表面を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記注射器組立体は、前記ストッパの前記遠位表面が最初に前記環状の突起部に接触するときに、前記遠位表面と前記遠位壁の前記内側表面との間の空間の中にほとんどが配置される少なくとも1つの突出部を前記ストッパの前記遠位表面の上にさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記小室の中に洗浄溶液を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記通路を封止するために注射器の前記筒の前記先端に着脱自在に結合された先端蓋をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記洗浄溶液は、食塩洗浄溶液およびヘパリンロック洗浄溶液からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の注射器組立体。
- 前記ストッパは、熱可塑性エラストマー、天然ゴム、合成ゴム、熱可塑性材料、およびそれらの組合せからなるリストから選択された材料から作製されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- 近位端、遠位端、およびこれらを貫通する内腔を有するカニューレと、空洞を含む開放した近位端および前記カニューレの前記近位端に装着された遠位端を有するハブとを含む針組立体をさらに備え、それにより前記内腔は前記空洞と流体連通するようになっており、前記針組立体は、前記内腔が前記小室と流体連通するように、前記筒の前記先端を前記空洞に係合させることによって前記先端に着脱自在に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の注射器組立体。
- IV洗浄注射器組立体であって、
流体を保持するための小室を画成する内側表面を有する円筒側壁と、開放した近位端と、遠位壁を含む遠位端とを含み、前記遠位壁はそこから遠位へ延びる細長い先端を有し、前記細長い先端はこれを貫通して前記小室と流体連通する通路を有する筒と、
近位端と、遠位端と、前記筒の前記内側表面と液密係合で滑動自在に配置されたストッパとを有する細長い本体部分を含むピストンであって、前記ストッパを前記筒に対して移動させることによって流体を前記小室の中に引き込み、かつそこから流体を排出するようになっており、前記細長い本体部分は前記筒の前記開放した近位端から外部に突出し、前記ストッパは遠位表面を有するピストンと、
前記通路を封止するために注射器の前記筒の前記先端に着脱自在に結合された先端蓋と、
前記ストッパと前記遠位壁との間における前記小室の中の一定量の洗浄溶液と、
前記小室から流体を送出することが完了し且つ前記ストッパが前記遠位壁に接触しているときにストッパの撓みを制御する逆流防止手段であって、前記逆流防止手段は前記通路を包囲する前記遠位壁の前記内側表面の上に環状の突起部を含み、前記突起部は、前記突起部を包囲する前記遠位壁の前記内側表面の一部が前記ストッパの前記遠位表面に接触する前に、それが前記ストッパの前記遠位表面に接触して前記通路を封止するように配置される逆流防止手段とを備えることを特徴とする注射器組立体。 - 前記注射器組立体は、前記ストッパの前記遠位表面が最初に前記環状の突起部に接触するとき、前記遠位表面と前記遠位壁の前記内側表面との間の空間の中にほとんどが配置された少なくとも1つの突出部を前記ストッパの前記遠位表面上にさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の注射器組立体。
