Description
1. 表面活性物質は、使用において、尿および他の体液によって洗い流され、それによって、親水性の特性は次第に失われる。
2. 洗い流された表面活性物質は、衛生製品内における吸収物処理および液体分離処理を妨げる。
3. フリース上での表面活性物質の分離は、しばしば不均一に行われる。
可溶性添加剤は、一般式
R−CO−O−CH2−CH2−O−R’、
を有する脂肪酸エステルを含み、
ここで、Rは、23個から35個までのC原子を有する直鎖あるいは分岐鎖のアルキル基であり、
R’=H、−CH3、−C2H5、−C3H7、−C4H9
である、ポリオレフィン材料によって解決される。ここで、脂肪酸エステルの親水性基は、少量の表面活性物質の提供によって、ポリオレフィン材料の表面において追加的活性化を有する。
HDPE(高濃度ポリエチレン)、LDPE(低濃度ポリエチレン)、VLDPE(低濃度ポリエチレン)、LLDPE(直鎖状低濃度ポリエチレン)、MDPE(中濃度ポリエチレン)、UHMPE(超高分子ポリエチレン)、VPE(網目状結合ポリエチレン)、HPPE(高圧ポリエチレン)のようなポリ(ポリエチレン);アイソタクチックプロピレン、シンジオタクチックプロピレン、メタロセン触媒作用によって製造されたプロピレン、耐衝撃改変されたプロピレン、ベースエチレン上のランダム−コポリマー、プロピレンおよび高級1−オレフィン、ベースエチレン上のブロックコポリマー、およびプロピレン;EPM(ポリ[エチレン−コ−プロピレン]);EPDM(ポリ[エチレン−コ−プロピレン−コ−ジエン]のようなポリ(プロピレン)。
基準として、スピンフリースは、押し出し形成のための標準−基礎安定性を有する100重量%ホモポリプロピレン(Basell社製、Moplen HP 460R)から製造された。
混合物1は、基準によるホモポリプロピレンの98重量%、および追加の、可溶性添加剤 C25H51−CO−O−CH2−CH2−O−CH3の2重量%を有する。
混合物2は、基準によるホモポリプロピレンの97.6重量%、混合物1による可溶性添加剤の2重量%、およびチタン酸化物−マスターバッチ(Clariant社製、Remfin RCLAP、2.2マクロメートルから2.6マクロメートルの核の大きさ)の0.4重量%を有する。
−サンプル9: 0.05重量% 配合B
−サンプル10: 0.15重量% 配合B
表2から察知されるように、純ポリプロピレンフリースからなるサンプル2から5までの混合物は、基準として、同様に、配合Aおよび配合Bの異なる量を含む。
Claims (21)
- 少なくともポリオレフィンと、少なくとも可溶性添加剤とからなる混合物から製造された親水性ポリオレフィン材料であって、
該可溶性添加剤は、一般式
R−CO−O−CH2−CH2−O−R’、
を有する脂肪酸エステルを含み、
ここで、Rは、23個から35個までのC原子を有する直鎖あるいは分岐鎖のアルキル基であり、
R’=H、−CH3、−C2H5、−C3H7、−C4H9
であり、
陽イオンに改変されているシリコン化合物および四級アンモニウム化合物を含む配合物によって、該可溶性添加剤に含まれる脂肪酸エステルが、該ポリオレフィン材料の表面上で、活性化されており、
該活性化された脂肪酸エステルによって、該ポリオレフィン材料が持続性のある親水性を示すことを特徴とする、ポリオレフィン材料。 - 前記四級アンモニウム化合物は、脂肪酸およびトリエタノールアミンからなる四級エステルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のポリオレフィン材料。
- 前記陽イオンに改変されているシリコン化合物および四級アンモニウム化合物を含む配合物は、水性の調製物であることを特徴とする、請求項1から2のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料。
- 前記陽イオンに改変されているシリコン化合物および四級アンモニウム化合物を含む配合物は、該表面上において物理的に固定化されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料。
- 前記ポリオレフィン材料は、前記繊維表面上での使用された脂肪酸エステルの活性化のための配合物を0.01重量%から0.5重量%まで有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料。
- 請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料から形成された、繊維。
- 請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料から形成された、フィラメント。
- 請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料から形成された、不織布。
- 繊維を製造するための、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料の使用。
- フィラメントを製造するための、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料の使用。
- 不織布を製造するための、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料の使用。
- 不織布製品を製造するための、請求項1から5のうちのいずれか一項に記載のポリオレフィン材料の使用。
- ERT154.0.00のEDANA試験方法による、5秒より小さい浸透時間(Repeated Strike Through Time Messung)を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の不織布。
- ERT152.0−99のEDANA試験方法(Repeated Run−Off)による溢れ重量の決定の際に、提供される液体量に関連して、試験液体の25重量%より少ない溢れ重量を有することを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の不織布。
- 請求項13または14に記載の不織布を含む、不織布製品。
- 少なくともポリオレフィンと、脂肪酸エステルを含む少なくとも可溶性添加剤とからなる混合物から製造された親水性ポリオレフィン材料の製造方法であって、
該脂肪酸エステルが、一般式
R−CO−O−CH2−CH2−O−R’、
を有し、ここで、Rは、23個から35個までのC原子を有する直鎖あるいは分岐鎖のアルキル基であり、R’=H、−CH3、−C2H5、−C3H7、−C4H9であり、
陽イオンに改変されているシリコン化合物および四級アンモニウム化合物を含む配合物によって、該可溶性添加剤に含まれる脂肪酸エステルが、該ポリオレフィン材料の表面上で、活性化されており、
該活性化された脂肪酸エステルによって、該ポリオレフィン材料が持続性のある親水性を示すことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記ポリオレフィン材料は、前記繊維表面上での使用された脂肪酸エステルの活性化のための配合物を0.05重量%から0.15重量%まで有することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のポリオレフィン材料。
- 前記親水性ポリオレフィン材料が繊維を含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記親水性ポリオレフィン材料がフィラメントを含む、請求項16に記載の方法。
