Claims (11)
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記病原性化学因子が、ジ(2−クロロエチル)スルフィド、メチルホスホノフルオリド酸 1,2,2−トリメチルプロピルエステル、およびo−エチル−S−(2−ジイソプロピルアミノエチル)メチルホスホノ−チオレートからなる群より選択される、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記過酸化物が、過酸化水素を含むことによってさらに特徴付けられる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記窒素含有化合物が、アンモニアを含むことによってさらに特徴付けられる、方法。
- 請求項1に記載の方法であって、前記窒素含有化合物が、アルキルアミンを含むことによってさらに特徴付けられる、方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記窒素含有化合物および過酸化物が、気体混合物の形態にあることによってさらに特徴付けられる、方法。
- 請求項6に記載の方法であって、前記窒素含有化合物が、前記気体混合物中で少なくとも1ppmで100ppm未満の濃度であることによってさらに特徴付けられる、方法。
- 請求項6または7に記載の方法であって、前記過酸化物が、前記気体混合物中で少なくとも50ppmで1000ppm未満の濃度であることによってさらに特徴付けられる、方法。
- 請求項6〜8のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、前記気体混合物が、キャリアガスをさらに含有することによってさらに特徴付けられる、方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法であって、供する工程の間、15℃〜30℃に温度を維持することによってさらに特徴付けられる、方法。
- メチルホスホノフルオリド酸 1,2,2−トリメチルプロピルエステルにより汚染された部材の除染のための方法であって、該方法は、
囲い(10)中の該部材と、過酸化物およびアンモニアを含有する蒸気とを、メチルホスホノフルオリド酸 1,2,2−トリメチルプロピルエステルの濃度をその最初の濃度の1%未満に減少するために充分な時間、接触させる工程
によってさらに特徴付けられ、該濃度がその最初の濃度の1%に達する時間は、6時間未満である、方法。
